Это не просто мастер-класс по выпечке лаваша — а возможность прикоснуться к живой душе Армении. У старинной глиняной печи вы узнаете о кулинарных секретах армянских женщин, попробуете себя в роли мастера и почувствуете, как под пальцами оживает простое тесто, превращаясь в символ гостеприимства и семейного уюта.

Что вас ожидает

Вас ждёт путешествие в уютное горное село, где гостей встречает хозяйка — хранительница старинных рецептов и обычаев. Именно здесь вы увидите, как рождается армянский лаваш — хлеб, внесённый в список нематериального культурного наследия ЮНЕСКО.

Вы узнаете:

  • почему лаваш занимает особое место на армянском столе
  • как он сопровождает важнейшие события жизни — от свадеб до праздников
  • какие обряды связаны с его выпечкой и подачей

После короткой беседы начнётся самое интересное — мастер-класс! Вы замесите тесто, раскатаете тонкий пласт и научитесь ловко приклеивать его к раскалённой стенке тонира. Всего несколько минут — и из печи достанут румяный, ароматный лаваш, хрустящий по краям и мягкий внутри. В финале — уютная дегустация: свежий лаваш с домашним сыром и пучком душистой зелени.

Нам очень понравился гид Вардан, как много он знает о своей стране, включая историю и культуру, как приятно рассказывает, мы могли задавать ему вопросы в течение всей дороги и во время мастер-класса - очень ценно и интересно! Мы очень благодарны ему за особое внимание к детям, как он аккуратно вел машину, чтобы их не укачивало. Коммуникация до и во время поездки на высшем уровне. Неожиданно было, что мастер-класс длился всего 20-30 минут и проходил на улице (хорошо, что у нас была с собой дополнительная теплая одежда), в целом это скорее демонстрация выпечки лаваша, чем мастер-класс, наш вклад заключался в основном в том, чтобы его съесть :) В целом, нам очень понравилось, спасибо большое!
