Описание

Приглашаю познакомиться с регионом не самым тривиальным, но исключительно приятным образом — через вкусы, запахи и виды. Вы прогуляетесь по экопарку вдоль ущелья, попробуете чай на местных травах и исследуете богатства кавказской кухни, любуясь горными панорамами.

Что вас ожидает

  • Мы побываем в Замке коварства и любви в живописном Аликоновском ущелье или зайдём в колоритный ресторан в Берёзовском ущелье
  • Прогуляемся к Медовым водопадам и «Карачаевскому подворью», чтобы попробовать блюда местной кухни и полюбоваться дикой природой
  • В воскресный день посетим рынок молочных продуктов в окрестностях Кисловодска. Вы рассмотрите и при желании купите изделия из текстиля и шерсти, за которыми сюда приезжают со всей страны
  • Зайдём в чайный домик, где вы попробуете чай на местных травах и при желании выберете варенье и местные лакомства

Вы узнаете:

  • об особенностях культуры и кухни разных народов, которые живут в регионе КМВ
  • что представляет собой минеральная вода, как формируются её особенности
  • какие гастрозаведения Кисловодска непременно стоит посетить
  • что ещё посмотреть, куда съездить в регионе КМВ

При желании попробуете:

  • балкарские хычыны
  • карачаевские хычыны
  • бышлакъ биширген — запечённый сыр с картошкой
  • сохта-джёрме — карачаевскую колбасу из печени и рубленого мяса

Организационные детали

  • Поездка проходит на автомобиле комфорт-класса Toyota Corolla или Volkswagen Caravelle. По запросу установим автокресло или люльку — напишите заранее возраст ребёнка
  • Дополнительно оплачиваются питание (от 1000 ₽ до 3000 ₽ за чел. в зависимости от заведения) и сувениры, а также вход в экопарк — 200 ₽ за чел. Посещение опциональных локаций — за доплату
  • У гида с собой всегда мини-турка для кофе и термос с чаем, а также одноразовые стаканчики — с удовольствием угостим вас горячим напитком

Спасибо Марату за интересную экскурсию, прекрасно и вкусно провели время. Посетили все заявленные локации и даже больше )) Завершили прекрасным ужином с душевной беседой. Перед возвращением продуктивно посетили чайный домик и приобрели вкуснейший горный мед. Мы остались очень довольны! Рекомендуем!
