Когда туристическая Синтра уже стала историей вашего путешествия по Португалии, а ощущения погружения в нетронутую атмосферу старины так и не появилось, самое время отправиться на экскурсию по малоизвестным местам города. Посещение дивного дворцово-паркового комлекса Монтсеррат и таинственного Конвента капуцинов принесет вам особое эстетическое удовольствие и нетривиальные знания об истории португальской земли.

Что вас ожидает

Дворец и парк Монтсеррат — рай для любителей природы
Парк интересен утонченным ландшафтным дизайном и обилием растений, представляющих флору разных стран мира: здесь вы встретите и австралийскую гигантскую сосну, и японский сад, и пробковое дерево. Кроме того, вы увидите композицию экзотических деревьев и имитации руин, красивый каскадный водопад и «ароматную тропу». Вы также осмотрите дворец, в котором представлено три архитектурных стиля — индийский, мавританский и готический. Построенный без вычурности, он хранит в себе множество любопытных деталей, о которых мы поговорим на экскурсии. Вы осмотрите галерии, музыкальную комнату, украшенную декоративной штукатуркой с резьбой, кухню, где представлена старинная медная посуда. Я расскажу вам об истории возникновения Монсеррата, о владельцах поместья и их вкладе в обустройство его территории, а также о впечатлениях Лорда Байрона, некоторое время жившего во дворце Монсеррат и посвятившего Синтре произведение «Паломничество Чайльд-Гарольда».

Конвент Капуцинов или пробковый конвент

Католический монастырь был построен в 16 веке, первая община состояла всего из 8 монахов-францисканцев, полностью посвятивших себя аскетичной отшельнической жизни. О самой обители, как и о монахах, существует крайне мало сведений, и тем таинственнее атмосфера этого мистического места. Вы услышите легенду, связанную с возникновением монастыря, прогуляетесь по его руинам и сохранившимся каменным кельям и узнаете некоторые дошедшие до нас сведения об укладе жизни подвижников. Конвент капуцинов идеален для умиротворенных и вдумчивых прогулок и очень понравится всем, кто устал от туристической суеты и хочет проникнуться атмосферой старинной Португалии в уединенном и очень красивом месте.

  • Дегустации и билеты не входят в стоимость экскурсии.
  • Парк и дворец Монсеррат: для взрослых — 6,50 евро, для детей 6–17 лет и посетителей старше 65 лет — 5 евро.
  • Конвент капуцинов: 6,50 евро/взрослый, 5 евро/ребенок с 5-ти лет.
  • В дождливую погоду прихватите с собой зонтики и дождевики.
