Описание

Айсфлоатинг — это способ прожить зиму глубже. Ты не наблюдаешь за холодом со стороны, а становишься его частью. Лежишь в ледяной воде в специальном костюме, смотришь на небо и ощущаешь тепло, собственное дыхание и потрескивание льда. И весь шум жизни будто выключается!

Что вас ожидает

Пара слов о нас, костюмах и локации

  • Мы проводим айсфлоатинг в черте города (30 минут от центра), но ощущение — будто ты где-то на севере Норвегии
  • С вами будут инструкторы с опытом зимних походов и экстрим-сплавов. Всё безопасно и с вниманием к каждому — никто не остаётся один на один с холодом и волнением
  • Погружение проходит в спасательных теплоизолирующих костюмах SOLAS — тех же, что используют моряки при штормах и эвакуациях с судов. Все костюмы сертифицированы, после каждого купания проходят полную дезинфекцию и сушку

А теперь о процессе

  • Безопасность. Перед погружением инструктор подробно расскажет, как всё проходит, чего ожидать и как получить максимум удовольствия. Всё просто и понятно — даже если вы впервые!
  • Лёгкая разминка. Пара упражнений, чтобы разогреть мышцы и разбудить тело.
  • Погружение и плавание. Вы войдёте в ледяную воду, но благодаря костюму останетесь в тепле и комфорте.
  • Возвращение в уют. После купания — плед, тёплое помещение, горячий чай и сладости. Это идеальный способ завершить столь необычный день и поделиться впечатлениями.

Организационные детали

  • В стоимость включены аренда костюма, сопровождение инструктора, чай со сладостями
  • Купание занимает 30–40 минут
  • Для групп от 2 до 9 человек — скидка 15%
  • При неблагоприятной погоде (сильный ветер, метель, температура ниже —30°C) мы можем перенести или отменить купание
  • С вами буду я или другой инструктор из нашей команды

Ограничения

  • Рост участников — от 150 до 195 см
  • Вес — не более 100 кг
  • Детям можно от 12 лет. Их должен сопровождать взрослый, который также находится в воде
  • Участники в состоянии алкогольного или наркотического опьянения до купания не допускаются
