Вы примерите на себя роль придворного повара, узнаете, как придумывались блюда для султанской семьи, и приготовите их собственными руками. Оцените вкус аутентичной кухни и унесёте с собой маленькие кулинарные секреты, которые редко покидают стены Стамбула.

Что вас ожидает

Мастер-класс проходит прямо в обеденном зале ресторана османской кухни — живом пространстве, где гости становятся частью кулинарного спектакля.

Шеф-повар выбирает блюдо из сезонного меню, знакомит вас с ингредиентами, объясняет их роль в дворцовой гастрономии и показывает ключевые техники.

Вы готовите бок о бок с профессионалом, повторяя движения и постепенно собирая блюдо «как для султана», пока посетители ресторана наблюдают за процессом.

Шеф рассказывает о нюансах вкуса, подсказывает, когда нужен тонкий аромат специй, а когда — строгая точность в шаге. Общение проходит на английском языке.

В завершение вы красиво оформляете блюдо, пробуете его за общим столом и ощущаете разницу между современной и исторической подачей.
