Описание
Если вы гурман и любитель устриц или, напротив, никогда их не ели, но всегда мечтали, вам непременно стоит побывать на устричных фермах Франции: здесь эти съедобные моллюски особенно вкусны и не дороги. Вы увидите, как выращивают устриц и с чем их подают, и, конечно, попробуете этот деликатес в сочетании с белым сухим. А после изысканного обеда отправитесь в музей Сальвадора Дали или на шато Пьера Ришара — дегустировать французское вино его торговой марки.
Что вас ожидает
Как выращивают устриц
Мы отправимся в лагуну Лекат, где в уютной бухте расположились устричные фермы, а при каждой из них — магазины и дегустационные ресторанчики. Вас встретят владельцы ферм и проведут на задворки своих магазинов, где вы увидите весь путь аппетитных моллюсков из огромных ванн с проточной водой до ресторанов Франции, Бельгии, Голландии и других частей Европы, куда они путешествуют в именных корзинках. После этого вы вернётесь в один из ресторанов, где вместо барных стоек — чаны с устрицами разных размеров.
Обед из устриц с белым вином
Вам посоветуют самые лучшие устрицы в этом году (их вкус не всегда зависит от размера) и подадут на блюде со льдом и лимоном уже открытыми, с разными соусами и отменным прохладным белым вином. Если вы впервые едите устриц, я подскажу, как это правильно делать. При желании вы сможете купить продукцию ферм на вынос — порции устриц упакуют в герметичные пакеты со льдом. А если вы не умеете открывать раковины, то вас этому научат и даже вручат в подарок специальный нож.
Шато Пьера Ришара или музей Фигейрас
Полакомившись моллюсками, вы сможете посетить знаменитый Дом-музей Сальвадора Дали Фигейрас или отправиться на шато Пьера Ришара — у этого актёра есть собственная торговая марка вина. По дороге к шато вы увидите живописную лагуну с розовой водой, где добывают соль того же цвета, и виноградники Ришара. На месте можно будет продегустировать около 20 сортов вина и приобрести его, а, если повезёт, и пообщаться с самим актёром, который частенько захаживает в магазинчик на шато.
Организационные детали
- Если вас больше 3 человек (от 4 до 6), то стоимость экскурсии составит 580 евро
- О вашем желании посетить музей Фигейрас стоит сообщать сразу при бронировании экскурсии, так как в день экскурсии билетов может не оказаться. Стоимость посещения — 14 евро с человека.
- Обед из дюжины устриц обойдётся вам в 12 евро (по 1 евро за каждую штуку), а устрицы на вынос (на вес) будут стоить в 2 раза дешевле. Стоимость бутылки белого вина на ферме — 7-8 евро. Порция устриц для гида обычно плюсуется к счёту.

Все было просто отлично! Доехали до устричных ферм, Кирилл показал и рассказал об их добыче, поели вкусных устриц, побывали в музее Сальвадора Дали где Кирилл провел очень интересную экскурсию. Советуем!
