Описание

Забудьте об Италии — одни из самых интересных трюфельных мест скрываются именно в лесах Боснии и Герцеговины. Вместе с опытным проводником и специально обученной собакой вы отправитесь на поиски ценных грибов. Узнаете, как проходит настоящая трюфельная охота, а затем попробуете блюда с трюфелями. По пути вас ждут живописные боснийские пейзажи, остановка в селе Крупа-на-Врбасу со старинными мельницами и знакомство с городом Яйце, знаменитым своим водопадом.

Что вас ожидает

  • Вы отправитесь в лес на поиски ароматных трюфелей. Увидите, как работают четвероногие помощники, и познакомитесь с одним из самых необычных местных промыслов.
  • Узнаете, почему этот регион считается одним из перспективных мест для поиска трюфелей и как эти ценные грибы оказались частью местной гастрономической культуры.
  • После прогулки вас ждёт дегустация блюд с трюфелями
  • На обратном пути в Сараево мы обязательно заедем в живописное село Крупа-на-Врбасу, входящее в список самых красивых деревень Боснии и Герцеговины (Najljepša sela Bosne i Hercegovine). Его главная достопримечательность — старинные водяные мельницы, которые работают до сих пор. Здесь можно увидеть процесс помола зерна и приобрести свежемолотую муку
  • Также мы сделаем короткую остановку в Яйце, чтобы увидеть впечатляющий 20-метровый водопад в месте слияния рек Плива и Врбас

Организационные детали

  • В стоимость включены трансфер на автомобиле Peugeot или Citroen, услуги трифалау (охотника на трюфели и гида), обед и дегустация блюд с трюфелями
  • Дополнительно оплачиваются входные билеты на смотровую площадку Пливского водопада — 10 марок за чел.
  • В дороге мы проведём около 3,5 часов в одну сторону, на охоте с дегустацией – около 4 часов
  • Проведение экскурсии зависит от погоды. Перед бронированием свяжитесь со мной, чтобы уточнить дату и время (минимум за 7 дней)
  • Трифалау разговаривает на английском, немецком и сербском языках
