Уличная еда в Стамбуле настолько разнообразна и аппетитна, что удержаться невозможно! С моей помощью вы сориентируетесь в мире турецкого стритфуда, откроете вкусные места «для своих», и побалуете себя лучшими гастрономическими шедеврами стамбульских улиц. Чиг-кёфте, фаршированные мидии, рыбный кебаб и многое другое — голодными вы точно не останетесь!

Попробовать лучший стритфуд Стамбула
Мы пройдём по Каракёю и Бешикташу — современным районам с интересными кафе и граффити. Погуляем по колоритным улочкам, заглянем на целый проспект для завтраков и поговорим о гастрономических привычках местных. Помимо всем известных жареных каштанов, хрустящих кунжутных бубликов и варёной кукурузы, от посторонних взглядов здесь скрыты и истинные жемчужины гастрономии. Местные жители берегут их для себя, а мишленовские звезды пока просто не нашли.
- Вы познакомитесь с любимцем турецкой молодёжи — мокрым бургером и узнаете, откуда у турков появилась идея его изготовления
- Вас вряд ли удивит скумбрия, обжаренная на жаровне и завёрнутая в лаваш. Но в переулках Стамбула это блюдо приготовит для вас мастер, который 20 лет жизни посвятил рыбному кебабу и утверждает, что начал делать его самым первым
- После отправляемся в супную, которая расположилась в бывшем здании монастыря. А затем попробуем главное уличное блюдо всех местных жителей, от студентов до министров: говядину, приготовленную по семейному рецепту. Блюдо готовит ветеран своего дела, ведь заведению уже 50 лет
- Если у вас остались силы и место в желудке, самое время принять участие в конкурсе по поеданию фаршированных мидий. И если вы сможете превзойти в этом искусстве натренированных турков, то точно никогда не забудете этот день
- Конечно, вы также попробуете самую вкусную и популярную шаверму, за которой местные жители готовы стоять в очереди
- А самым смелым путешественникам на десерт я предложу блюдо, за любовь к которому Турцию не взяли в Евросоюз (впечатляющее зрелище)

Маршрут интересен тем, что вы ненавязчиво перемещаетесь по уютным узким улочкам, заставленным столиками, за которыми сидят в основном местные жители, проводя вечер в общении с друзьями. В какой то момент вам начинает казаться что и вы всегда здесь проводите вечера, так вам уютно. Все предлагаемые блюда оооочень вкусные, за некоторыми хочется вернуться снова и снова!!!! Были очень удивлены что в Турции есть очень интересные вина, причем удивляет не только то, что они ни чем не уступают винам Италии или Франции, но и большое их разнообразие. Кристина провела экскурсию так, что оставшиеся дни дети просили вернуться за «тем» пловом, а взрослые были обеспечены списком мест, где можно поесть без вреда для здоровья и кошелька)

Экскурсия прошла отлично. Нас познакомили с интересными уличными заведениями питания. Покушали много вкусной необычной еды. Узнали о традициях в пищи разных регионов Турции. Кристина - отличный гид и рассказчик. Объелись и прекрасно провели время. Спасибо! 😊
