Описание

Мы пройдём живописной улицей — по берегу Каменного ручья от Успенской площади до Алексеевского монастыря. Поговорим о городских обитателях в прошлом и настоящем — купцах, мещанах, промышленниках и их потомках. И заглянем в особняк, где жила большая семья купцов Евреиновых. Выясним, почему Углич так бережно хранит память о них.

Что вас ожидает

Вы увидите:

  • доходный дом купца Н. Д. Евреинова — красивое здание на главной городской площади, с театральной залой на втором этаже
  • дворянский особняк, хозяйкой которого была сестра М. Е. Салтыкова-Щедрина
  • здание уездного казначейства, где податным инспектором служил М. П. Чехов, младший брат известного писателя

Вы побываете:

  • в частном доме купцов Евреиновых, в окружении интерьеров 19 века. Гид музея расскажет о жизни этой семьи и познакомит с фотолетописью купеческого рода Евреиновых
  • Алексеевском монастыре и Дивной церкви, где хранится чудотворная икона «Свеча неугасимая света невещественного», а у монастырской ограды покоится семья Евреиновых
  • магазине «Угличский древодел». Вы познакомитесь с творчеством угличских художников, гончаров и резчиков по дереву

Сегодня прослушали экскурсию «Углич купеческий. Углич мещанский». Как и все экскурсии Марины слушается на одном дыхании, и времени совершенно не замечаешь. Мы в Угличе второй раз, ансамбль Кремля и основные вехи истории Углича (от основания, гибели царевича Димитрия и до Ольги Берггольц) мы узнали от Марины в прошлый раз, поэтому новая экскурсия как раз для тех, кто полюбил Углич и хочет узнать его историю более подробно. Потрясающая эрудиция экскурсовода поможет любителям истории узнать, как развивался город, в каких домах находились городские учреждения до революции, представители каких известных угличских купцов покровительствовали искусству и просвещению. В экскурсию входит посещение Алексеевского женского монастыря. В трехшатровой церкви 1620 года постройки находятся потрясающие иконы. Также мы посетили сохранившийся дом купцов Евреиновых, в котором был своим человеком Михаил Чехов, младший брат Антона Павловича. Экскурсия выстроена безупречно, очень информативна и легка. Большое спасибо Марине за потраченное на нас время. И, конечно, за любовь к истории, любовь к прекрасному Угличу и за то, что есть желание приезжать в Углич, надеюсь, ещё не раз и узнавать ещё многие славные страницы этого города!
