Описание

Приглашаю вас в увлекательное путешествие по истории женского образования в России. Сначала мы пройдём по аристократической Литейной части и поговорим о культуре, архитектуре и прошлом района. Затем отправимся к Смольному монастырю, где юные воспитанницы получали знания, недоступные большинству женщин той эпохи. Вы узнаете, чему их учили и как менялась их жизнь после.

Что вас ожидает

Пешеходная экскурсия по Литейной части

Вы увидите:

  • церковь иконы Божией Матери «Всех скорбящих Радость». Здесь хранилась одна из самых почитаемых икон императорской семьи
  • казармы Кавалергардского полка. Поговорим о том, чем этот полк занимался, кто в нём служил и почему «кавалергарда век недолог»
  • памятник Анне Ахматовой. Обсудим, почему он поставлен именно в этом месте
  • Таврический дворец. В 18-19 веках он был основным образцом для возведения загородных усадеб. В начале 20 века — главным местом политических волнений

Знакомство с ансамблем Смольного монастыря и посещение Смольного собора

Вы узнаете:

  • почему Елизавета Петровна выбрала именно это место для возведения монастыря
  • как ансамбль Смольного использовали после смерти его основательницы
  • с чего началось женское образование в дореволюционной России, как развивалось, с какими проблемами и победами сталкивалось
  • в каких условиях учились девушки и какие возможности открывались перед ними после окончания института
