Описание
Зацарицынский форштадт редко попадает в привычные маршруты по Волгограду, и его история остаётся почти незаметной. Я проведу вас по Шлыковскому местечку и Липецкой улице, опираясь на архивные источники и городские сюжеты. Вы увидите сохранившиеся здания, услышите истории жителей и словно почувствуете себя в Царицыне на рубеже 19–20 веков.
Что вас ожидает
Зацарицынский форштадт — территория современного Ворошиловского района — хранит чудом уцелевшие фрагменты архитектурного наследия Царицына. Приглашаю всех неравнодушных к прошлому города изучить его по-новому — основываясь на исторических источниках и с внимательным, бережным отношением к прошлому.
На экскурсии вы:
- увидите жемчужины района — здания, построенные купцом А. М. Шлыковым
- пройдёте вдоль действующего участка царицынского трамвая
- рассмотрите здание II Пожарной части с каланчой
- посетите единственный сохранившийся царицынский храм — Казанский собор
А также:
- познакомитесь с историей А. М. Шлыкова — одного из крупнейших лесопромышленников и домовладельцев Царицына
- услышите о великом пожаре на «Кавказе» и переселении погорельцев на Вор-гору

Борис отличный высококвалифицированный рассказчик. Умело проложил маршрут по городу, провел по многим историческим объектам и интересным с точки зрения истории местам. Попутно много рассказывал о них и сопровождал речь фотографиями. Также поддерживал рассказ интересными фактами и охотно общался с нами. Ответил на все наши вопросы.

Очень интересная авторская экскурсия по старинным местам города. Спасибо экскурсоводу Борису за увлекательный рассказ с фотографиями и картинками, занимательными фактами, историями из жизни людей из прошлого и осмотром архитектуры. Несмотря на то, что я была одна, Борис провёл персональную экскурсию и ответил на все вопросы. Рекомендую всем, кто любит историю или просто гулять по городу и рассматривать здания.

Экскурсия интересная. Хотелось отметить, что экскурсовод Борис был невероятно подготовлен, имел с собой большой альбом с фотографиями, всем и всё было видно. Сам маршрут довольно протяженный, но нас не смутило. Заметна заинтересованность и глубокое знание темы организатором. Очень понравилась история про воришку застрявшего в дымоходе. Если таких "живых" историй было бы чуть побольше, то на мой взгляд экскурсия была бы еще более разнообразной, хотя в целом и так всё было на довольно высоком уровне. Спасибо сайту tripster и лично Борису за интерсный вечер.
