Описание

Мы поднимемся по склонам Западного Тянь-Шаня, где в чаше гор разлилась бирюза Чарвака. Я научу вас делать плов, казан-кабоб, шашлык по-узбекски и подготовлю всё для пикника. Вы пообедаете и поужинаете на колоритном топчане, отдохнёте на берегу, в сезон сможете искупаться, а также подобрать развлечение по вкусу. Мы скорректируем маршрут по вашим пожеланиям.

Что вас ожидает

Дорога к Чарваку
По пути обсудим гастрономические традиции Узбекистана и сделаем несколько видовых остановок. Полюбуемся Чимганскими горами, Чарвакским водохранилищем, вековыми чинарами.

Кулинарный мастер-класс, обед и ужин на берегу
Вместе сделаем плов, казан-кабоб, шашлык или другие узбекские блюда. Я профессиональный повар — раскрою секреты приготовления и сочетания специй, особенности подачи и гостеприимства. Затем пообедаем, а позже поужинаем в атмосферной обстановке — на традиционном топчане среди деревьев.

Свободное время у озера и возвращение в Ташкент

Отличная поездка. Хотелось выбраться из города и отдохнуть на природе, получили даже больше, чем ожидали. Чарвак очень красивый, виды шикарные. Отдохнули на песчаном пляже, искупались в озере. Мастер-класс понравился, а казан-кабоб был просто великолепный, баранина буквально таяла во рту. Все приготовили сами под руководством Бахтиёра, получилось очень вкусно. Спасибо за отличный день и теплую атмосферу. Получилось душевно. Обязательно вернемся еще.
