Армения — страна не только многовековой культуры, но и вкусной кухни! В компании профессионального кондитера вы познакомитесь с национальными десертами и тонкостями их приготовления. Узнаете рецепты сладких армянских блюд и дома удивите близких своими кулинарными умениями.

Что вас ожидает

  • Процесс приготовления этих сладких блюд требует сноровки. Но внимательно наблюдая за моими действиями, вы легко сможете повторить алгоритм и быстро запомните рецепты и идеальные пропорции
  • Я вкратце расскажу об армянской кухне в целом: что для неё характерно, какие продукты используются чаще всего и что можно сказать о пищевых привычках жителей Армении с точки зрения современной диетологии
  • А ещё мы поговорим об истории возникновения лаваша, гаты, марципана
  • Обсудим особенности не только национальной выпечки, но кондитерского дела вообще
  • Если вам будет интересно, я поделюсь опытом создания собственной кондитерской
  • И обязательно угощу кофе и разными вкусностями, чтобы набор впечатлений от мастер-класса был как можно более полным

Потрясающий мастер класс!Во-первых,Гаяне раскрыла все секреты приготовления теста,во-вторых мы наготовили очень много гаты,пили чай,общались и я еще много унесла с собой.Очень интересно провела время!
