Всего в получасе езды от Пскова находится удивительно красивая деревня Изборск, отметившая недавно 1160 лет. Согласно летописям, сюда в 862 году пришел княжить Трувор – один из трех легендарных варягов, положивших начало русскому государству. Есть здесь что-то от Скандинавии, что-то – от Византии, а вместе – чудом дошедший до нас дух Древней Руси. Чтобы увидеть и почувствовать это необычное сочетание культур и традиций, приглашаем вас на нашу прогулку.

Изборск старше Москвы, Пскова, Владимира и претендует на звание родины русского государства. Любая фотография отсюда – готовая иллюстрация к народным былинам. А от древности крепостных стен и храмов кружится голова. Здесь среди сногсшибательных видов и в обилии исторических фактов важно не потеряться. Я помогу.

Что вас ожидает

  • Начнем с главного – холма, высотой с 14-этажный дом – Труворова Городища. Здесь, по мнению археологов, тысячу с лишним лет назад шумел древний Изборск – тот, что упоминается в летописях под 862 годом. Отсюда открываются эпические виды на Изборскую долину, вдохновившие Николая Рериха на создание целой серии картин. А ученых – историков и ландшафтоведов – на организацию Изборского музея-заповедника – здешние пейзажи признаны национальным достоянием.
  • Полюбуемся храмом Николы с Городища XVII века, разберем особенности псковской храмовой архитектуры или просто восхитимся творением зодчих, умевших сочетать рукотворное с природным.
  • У Труворова креста – предполагаемой могилы легендарного норманна, поговорим о призвании варягов на Русь и роли Изборска в истории Древней Руси.
  • Спустимся к Словенским ключам, сосчитаем количество бьющих из скалы потоков и послушаем легенды о войне и примирении. А потом покормим лебедей, зимующих на Городищенском озере (захватите для этого хлеб!).
  • Изборскую крепость оставим напоследок: толщина стен, количество выдержанных осад и просто вид грозной цитадели – здесь все впечатляет.
  • Поднимемся на самую старую крепостную башню – Луковку, окинем взглядом Изборскую долину и сделаем селфи на фоне уходящих к горизонту холмов.
  • Увидим Никольский собор XIV века – один из старейший храмов Псковской земли. Службы в нем не прекращаются почти 700 лет.
  • После прогулки я расскажу, где готовят настоящую похлебку по-изборски, вкусно жарят судаков из Псковского озера, и воду какого из здешних источников местные жители считают «самой святой».

Как проходит экскурсия

  • Экскурсия начинается и заканчивается в Изборске, куда вам нужно приехать самостоятельно — гид подскажет удобные варианты
  • Выбирайте одежду и обувь для загородных прогулок — в Изборске много спусков-подъемов и мало асфальта. Гуляем пешком. Но при необходимости к основным достопримечательностям можно подъезжать на машине гида (бесплатно в пределах Изборска) — пожалуйста, сообщите о такой необходимости заранее.

Отличная прогулка - все доходчиво, живо, с юмором. Можно с собакой (для нас это было важно). Однозначно рекомендую!

Были в Изборске после новогодних каникул. Маршрут с учётом выпавшего снега вполне проходимый. Данил охотно отвечает на вопросы и даёт развернутые ответы. Понравилось!
