Рига — история и легенды
Вы услышите, какое древнее городище находилось на месте Риги еще в X веке, раскроете секрет ее названия и узнаете, кто и при каких обстоятельствах в начале XIII столетия решил строить каменный город. А еще увидите один из старейших соборов Балтии — Домский собор, рассмотрите храм святого Петра, Пороховую башню, таинственный дом Палача и Яковлевские казармы, много веков удерживающие звание самого длинного здания Риги.
Старинные дома и знаменитые фильмы
Дом с черными котами поможет вам понять особенности рижского модерна, или югендстиля. А площадь Альберта напомнит о монахе, основавшем город. Кроме того, я расскажу легенду о монашках во дворе Конвента, раскрою тайны дома Ратмана XVII века, покажу парламент Латвии — Сейм — и поясню, почему в знаменитом доме Черноголовых раньше жили неженатые немцы. Но немного не хватило рассказов о средневековье, средневековых баек, хоть это и было, но акцент делался на новом времени, которое для старого города не так интересно. И еще, не хватало информации по дате/времени основания домов, приходилось все дополнительно выспрашивать.

Экскурсия прошла отлично! Алексей очень эрудированный гид. Если кто хочет воспользоваться его услугами, рекомендую, не пожалеете.

Экскурсия состоялась вовремя, Алексей знаток истории своей страны и Риги в частности, вел увлекательный рассказ. Отвечал на заданные вопросы, показал все интересные места в старой Риге, помог сориентироваться для дальнейших прогулок по городу.
