Я познакомлю вас с красивой и кровавой историей критского Ретимно через отсылки к сериалу «Империя Кёсем». Вы увидите старинную архитектуру периода туркократии, узнаете о том, как непокорный Крит принимал захватчиков и как изменился облик города благодаря одному любвеобильному султану. И даже если вы не поклонник турецких сериалов, поверьте: разбираться, где подлинные исторические события, а где мифы и вымысел, вам обязательно понравится. Ведь делать это мы будем прямо среди «декораций» «Великолепного века»!

Что вас ожидает

Османы и венецианский облик города
Первым делом вы посетите городской порт и знаменитую крепость Фортеца, которая встречала турецкого неприятеля во время обороны Крита, и поймёте, каких усилий стоило османам покорение Ретимно. Мы пройдём по улочкам города, и вы заметите, как менялся его облик, когда турецкой рукой православные храмы перестраивались в мечети — вероломно, но эстетично! Вы восхититесь мечетью Нерадзе и Ретимненскими воротами, узнаете, чем отличаются венецианские арки от турецких и зачем балкон «сахниси» нужен в гареме. Утончённая архитектура Ретимно и главная улица древнего города Аркадиу, которые вы увидите на прогулке, никак не изменились за последние сто лет.

Исторические персонажи, интриги, гарем и хамам
История любого города — это не только его здания и памятники, но и жившие в нём в разные времена люди. Я расскажу вам о султане Ибрагиме и достоверно известных фактах о событиях в его гареме, о том, как он поступил со своим верным слугой Юсуфом Пашой и чем, кроме своей любвеобильности, знаменит этот правитель. Я раскрою вам тайну, кем была Турхан Султан, так внезапно появившаяся в сериале, и как повлиял на Ретимно приход к власти её сына Мехмеда. А сравнивать правду и вымысел, разбираясь в хитросплетениях монарших интриг, мы будем в настоящем турецком хамаме за чашкой ароматного кофе.

На Крите мы уже второй раз, но обзорной экскурсии по Ретимно у нас не было. В этот раз мы решили восполнить пробел и заказали экскурсию у Татьяны. В ноябре побывали на Крите и ни чуть не пожалели. Не считая везения с погодой (+24-25), нам несказанно повезло с экскурсоводом. Татьяна - это однозначно профессиональный гид и очень душевный человек. Экскурсия прошла на одном дыхании. Но, есть подозрение, что с Татьяной можно было ходить и целый день и нисколько не устать. Настолько все легко, интересно, познавательно, непринужденно, артистично. Глубокое знание материала и истории. Столько много интересных фактов. Обычные курортные городки открываются абсолютно с другой стороны! Однозначно рекомендуем! Татьяна, спасибо большое за отлично и с пользой проведенное время! P/s у Татьяны несколько экскурсий. Идите на все - не пожалеете. Мы и в Ханье тоже с ней побывали и нагулялись вдоволь.
