Описание

Вечный город также называют Святым, ведь это один из мировых центров христианства. Здесь казнили апостолов Павла и Петра, который считается первым римским папой. Отсюда новая религия шествовала по империи. А по числу реликвий вселенского значения Рим превосходит все города Европы. На экскурсии вы посетите культовые святыни столицы и прикоснётесь к сердцу раннехристианской эпохи.

Базилика Санта-Мария-Маджоре
Это самая большая и древняя базилика, посвящённая Богородице. Под главным алтарем находится Святая колыбель. Драгоценная хрустальная урна, расписанная серебром, скрывает дощечки от деревянных яслей, в которых некогда лежал младенец Иисус.

Базилика Святой Пракседы
В одной из самых древних и интересных церквей Рима рассмотрим капеллу святого Зенона, которую называют «райским садом». Я покажу часть столба, к которому был привязан во время бичевания Христос, а также реликварий с тремя шипами от тернового венца. Необычная атмосфера храма и византийская мозаика впечатляют.

Церковь Святого Иерусалимского креста
Здесь вы увидите части Животворящего Креста и другие реликвии Страстей Христовых, привезённые из Иерусалима Еленой Равноапостольной, матерью императора Константина. В храме есть посвящённый ей придел — он устроен в помещении, которое служило жилищем царице. Отдельно я расскажу о земле, доставленной сюда с Голгофы.

Базилика Сан-Джованни-ин-Латерано
Перед нами главный собор христианского католического мира, мать и глава всех церквей Рима и мира. Лютеранской дворец — резиденция римских пап до начала 14 века. Некогда он играл ту же роль, что и теперь — Ватикан. Вы оцените роскошное убранство собора, где хранятся головы святых Петра и Павла, а сень над приделом Святых тайн поддерживается колоннами из Храма Соломона. Здесь же находится кедровый стол, за которым, по преданию, Спаситель совершал Тайную Вечерю с учениками и установил Евхаристию. А в папском алтаре хранится доска, на которой священнодействовал апостол Пётр.

Церковь «Святая Святых»
Храм рядом с Латеранским собором получил название благодаря древнему кипарисовому ящику под папским престолом. В нём издавна хранились части многих святынь. Вы увидите особо чтимую икону Спасителя. А также Святую Лестницу, по которой паломникам можно подниматься только на коленях. Это та самая лестница из дома Понтия Пилата в Иерусалиме, по которой Спаситель восходил и нисходил четыре раза. Её тоже привезла царица Елена.

Кроме того, вы осмотрите восьмиугольное здание, ставшее прообразом всех баптистериев — восьмигранник символизирует Вифлеемскую звезду.

Виктория — великолепный, активный и увлечённый гид! Встретились чётко в назначенном месте, маршрут продуман и очень интересно составлен. Для себя открыл совершенно другой Рим — никогда бы не подумал, что за скромными фасадами храмов скрывается такое потрясающее великолепие. Экскурсия прошла как увлекательное путешествие сквозь историю: Виктория захватывающе связывает события, делая материал живым и понятным. Особенно понравился подход к религиозным артефактам — факты подаются интересно и без навязывания, а выводы каждый делает сам. Единственный момент — местами было сложно удержать в голове даты и имена пап, но это скорее из-за объёма информации. Рекомендую тем, кто действительно интересуется историей Рима, церковью и готов погружаться глубже.

Виктория замечательный гид с хорошим знанием истории церкви и не только:)) Отлично провели время, так пролетело что не заметили. У нас нет времени, чтобы походить с ней по Риму несколько дней ❤️ Но обязательно вернемся… Спасибо еще раз ей огромное ❤️❤️❤️

Я рекомендую эту экскурсию тем, кто интересуется историей церкви и хотел бы погрузиться в святая святых раннего Христианства. Виктория отвела нас в места, которые с благоговением посещают поломники, места которых нет в обычных путеводителях. По-мимо безусловной ценности для верующих в каждой церкви присутствуют фрески - произведения искусства, и экскурсия наполнена историями Великих людей, нашедших последнюю обитель в этих храмах. Виктория подсказала нам и другие места для посещения. Для нашей компании (двое взрослых, 19-летний историк и 14-летний подросток) это было очень интересное времяпрепровождение. В целом рекомендуется после посещения "визитных карточек" Рима, особенно для верующих христиан, интересующихся историей церкви.
