Описание

Городец — самый старый город в Нижегородской области, он же Радилов, он же Малый Китеж. Очарование волжских набережных и деревянной архитектуры, богатая история и русские традиции влюбят вас в Городец, всегда привлекавший внимание летописцев и до сих пор волнующий археологов. Я помогу ощутить всю прелесть древнего города и найти лучшие панорамы заволжских далей.

Что вас ожидает

Городецкая летопись
Вы посетите музейный квартал и насладитесь видами живописных набережных города. Череда старинных домов с резными наличниками, убегающая вдаль, поможет разобраться, что такое глухая и сквозная резьба, и научит замечать интересные детали в деревянной архитектуре. Визит в старейший краеведческий музей расскажет о славном прошлом Городца, сменившего несколько имён. А древний крепостной вал XII века даст представление о том, как и от кого оборонялся город в былые времена.

Очарование и душевность города
Отправившись в Феодоровский мужской монастырь, вы услышите предание об Александре Невском — якобы именно здесь закончился его земной путь после принятия схимы. Вид монастыря на фоне городецкой природы олицетворяет то лучшее, что есть в пейзажах средней полосы России, — речные просторы и полотно крутых зелёных склонов, где растут высаженные ещё при Екатерине II красноствольные сосны. Проведя в городе на Волге несколько часов, вы даже не зададитесь вопросом, почему главное угощение уютного Городца — это лакомый русский пряник. На обратном пути вы посетите ландшафтный парк с зарыбленным прудом, а в хорошую погоду можно искупаться в Волге!

Экскурсия была комфортной, организатор очень гостеприимный. Всю дорогу Туда и обратно сопровождал нас экскурсионным рассказом. Показал даже больше, чем мы ожидали.

Добрый день! Отличная экскурсия! Городец небольшой, уютный городок с длинной историей. Понравились - музейный квартал, Феодоровский мужской монастырь (главный храм с фаянсовым иконостасом), Горьковское море и ландшафтный парк под Городцом. Также хороши местные сладости — пряники (лучше тульских), зефир, пастила, помадка и щербет. Олег- классный гид, очень интересно и увлекательно провел экскурсию. С нами был любезен, внимателен и отвечал на все интересующие нас вопросы. Благодаря ему, мы сохраним самые теплые воспоминания о Городце и постараемся вернуться сюда снова.

Четыре с минусом. Нам не хватило информации о городе. Почему город называют Китежем, название экскурсии, между прочим, так и не объяснил. Вообще, слово Китеж не было употреблено ни разу

Второй раз с Олегом посещаем городки Нижегородской области. Олег хороший рассказчик, хорошо подстраивается под аудиторию и интересы путешественников. Еще Олег заботливый, где-то скидку нам организовал, в монастыре попросил батюшку нас блогословить в дорогу. Спасибо!
