История грузинской кухни и кулинарный мастер-класс
Нежное хачапури, горячие хинкали и ароматный шашлык — без них в нашей стране не обходится ни одно застолье. Хозяева дома поделятся с вами секретами создания этих угощений. Женщины научат самым популярным рецептам хинкали и хачапури, а хозяин дома покажет, как обжаривать мясо так, чтобы оно получилось сочным и вкусным. Конечно, я расскажу, как появились грузинские блюда, из чего их готовят и с чем едят.
Традиционное застолье
Когда вся семья собирается за столом, в грузинском доме царит праздник. Вы погрузитесь в эту атмосферу сердечности и веселья вместе с настоящим Тамадой! Будете наслаждаться вкусом блюд, пить грузинские вина разных сортов и петь песни. Познакомитесь с азами народных танцев и выучите грузинские приветствия. Под аккомпанемент тостов продегустируете чачу и узнаете, как менялись наши обычаи и традиции на протяжении столетий. В аутентичной обстановке дома вы сможете сделать фотографии, чтобы, вернувшись на Родину, снова проникнуться духом грузинского уюта и тепла.

Застолье нам провел Илья он же владелец дома. Сказать что было супер это ничего не сказать. Мы на себе ощутили грузинское гостепреимство: вино текло рекой, стол ломился от различных блюд, провели дегустацию вина попробовали чачу, мастер клас с Ритой по хинкали и хачапури тоже великолепен, мы пели танцевали также были сюрпризы в виде небольших соревнований. было весело всем и взрослым и детям а с нами был ребенок 8 лет. Отдельное спасибо Илье, все было великолепно...

Сложно назвать данный формат "экскурсией", скорее это "встреча или знакомство с друзьями" :) Очень вкусно, душевно и весело! Необычный формат мероприятия, который никого не оставит равнодушным. Это волшебный вечер, где время пролетает незаметно и сразу хочется вернуться еще. Огромное спасибо Николаю, Илье и Сабо за прекрасный вечер! Здоровья и Благополучия Вам!
