Длинная экскурсия на целый день. Раньше до Кутаиси не добирались. Рекомендовал-бы тем, кто посмотрел уже другие достопримечательности. Интересно, но далековато. Основные достопримечательности - природный парк с пещерой (небольшая, но интересная), следами динозавров (на любителя) и смотровой площадкой (шикарно), далее - небольшая прогулка по городу и разные соборы и монастыри. Единственный момент, я-бы немного увеличил время прогулки по городу.

Описание
Вы увидите одну из исторических столиц Грузии, которая старше Тбилиси на 2000 лет. Прикоснётесь к христианской истории страны и пройдёте несколько шагов над пропастью. Вас ждут красоты центра и окрестностей Кутаиси, старинная архитектура, мозаики, фрески и своды пещер.
Что вас ожидает
Столица Имеретинского царства — Кутаиси
- Вы проедете по улицам и услышите о судьбе города и его нынешней роли
- Посетите собор Баграти. Храм назван в честь первого царя объединённой Грузии, здесь когда-то короновали Давида IV Строителя
- Рассмотрите сохранившиеся фрагменты мозаики и ажурной резьбы, фрески Пресвятой Богородицы и крепостные стены вокруг собора
- А с вершины холма, на котором стоит храм, взглянете на весь Кутаиси, реку и горы вокруг
Монастыри и пещеры — древность Грузии
- Узнаете историю монастыря Моцамета и мощей Святых Давида и Константина. Услышите, какие потери понесла обитель в годы советской власти и как вновь обрела реликвии благодаря местным жителям
- Отправитесь к монастырю Гелати, мозаики которого считаются лучшими во всём Закавказье
- Погрузитесь в необычную атмосферу древнего мира в карстовых пещерах Сатаплиа, где были найдены следы динозавров
- Пройдёте по стеклянной платформе над пропастью и насладитесь панорамными видами окрестностей Кутаиси

- Поездка проходит на комфортабельном автомобиле, бутылка негазированной воды включена в стоимость экскурсии
- Дополнительные расходы: входные билеты в локации, обед (по желанию, в Кутаиси предусмотрена остановка)
- Расстояние от Тбилиси до Кутаиси — 230 км, около 4 часов в дороге. Продолжительность экскурсии указана примерно: ожидаемое время возвращения в Тбилиси — 10–11 вечера

Сама по себе экскурсия не так уж и плоха но есть несколько нюансов. 1. Это скорее летняя экскурсия, очень красивая природа, живописные места но увы зимой это выглядит не так круто как хотелось бы. 2. Расстояние до места экскурсии достаточно приличное и большая часть времени уходит на дорогу, все это достаточно утомительно. 3. От гида тоже многое зависит, я не скажу что нам попался плохой гид, но его знания были просто энциклопедическими и это стало минусом, рассказ был как из учебника истории, немного унывно. 4. В пещерах был свой гид, которого гидом назвать трудно, ничего толком не рассказал не показал, за несколько часов блуждания по горам проронил лишь пару слов. В итоге экскурсия была больше утомительной чем интересной. Если вам принципиально посетить именно те достопримечательности которые включены в данный маршрут то несомненно это ваш вариант. Ну а если у вас свободная программа, советую поискать что то получше.

Я получила такое удовольствие от этой экскурсии, просто словами не описать! И большая заслуга в этом гида Георгия! Может рассказать абсолютно все об истории родного края! Стоит сказать, что компания и ее сотрудники прикладывают максимальные усилия, чтобы сделать путешествие предельно комфортным для туристов, и это не может не радовать! Потрясающие по своей красноте храмы и виды на Кутаиси! После этой экскурсии хочется вернуться в Грузию и не раз) отдельное спасибо и нашему водителю Олегу 🙌🏻 P.S. Категорически не согласна с ниже оставленным негативным отзывом туристов. Даже как-то обидно за Георгия стало. Он очень образованный человек, с широким кругозором. Видимо туристы были не в духе. Помимо того, что как гид он профессионал, безусловно, так он ещё и автор книги «Царь пустыни». И всем желающим посетить Кутаиси, я рекомендую выбрать именно эту экскурсию!

Экскурсовод Леди очень душевно относиться к в своей работе. Рассказывала много и с воодушевлением. Я получила очень много новой и интересной информации. Леди внимательно относится к людям. Экскурсия была очень информативной и комфортной.
