Описание

Мцхета — древняя столица Грузии и сердце её духовной истории. Здесь христианство стало государственной религией, переплелись легенды и святыни, а улицы помнят шаги царей и проповедников. Вас ждёт путешествие к истокам грузинской культуры. А ещё — виды, от которых захватывает дух, и история, что оживает на каждом шагу.

Что вас ожидает

Живописная Военно-Грузинская дорога. Проедем по пути, которым восхищались Пушкин, Лермонтов, Чайковский и многие другие.

Слияние двух рек. Поднимемся к храму Джвари 6 века — отсюда открывается чарующий вид на Мцхету и реки Арагви и Кура.

Собор Светицховели — кафедральный патриарший храм Грузинской православной церкви. Здесь захоронены христианские святыни — хитон Иисуса Христа и мантия Ильи Пророка, и покоятся мощи Андрея Первозванного.

Храм Самтавро, где находится могила первого грузинского христианского царя Мириана и его супруги. Вы сможете прикоснуться к чудотворному ежевичному кусту, под которым жила и проповедовала Святая Нина.

Могу всем туристам, направляющимся в Мцхету, порекомендовать эту экскурсию с гидом Романом. Очень интересный собеседник, отлично разбирающийся не только в теме экскурсии, но и во всем, что окружает по дороге. С большим интересом слушали его даже дети, которые обычно стремятся отключиться от лишней информации наушниками. И даже на следующий день обсуждали то, что им рассказывали на экскурсии. Много исторической информации, а также думаю, что будет очень познавательно для православных верующих (и это хорошо, так как экскурсия по храмам) Посетили три очень важных для истории Грузии монастыря - Джвари, Светицховели и Самтавро. Хороший аккуратный и вежливый водитель на микроавтобусе Мерседес.
