Описание

Чтобы ваше путешествие не закончилось фразой «в Калининграде побывали, а Кёнигсберг так и не увидели», предлагаю прогуляться по самобытному району Амалиенау. Я познакомлю вас со старинным кварталом немецких вилл, покажу творения знаменитого архитектора Хайтманна и расскажу о судьбах людей, которым посчастливилось здесь жить и работать.

Что вас ожидает

Возле Центральных ворот я расскажу о некогда существовавшей здесь лютеранской кирхе и связанном с ней бывшем приюте для бедных Карла Альбрехта.

На Кронпринценштрассе поговорим о ранних этапах застройки квартала и выдающихся советских военачальниках, которые высоко оценили преимущества жизни в Амалиенау.

Пройдём по самой красивой улице города — Кутузова (Кертеаллее). Вы услышите о концепции города-сада и о том, как по размеру брусчатки определить статус района.

Колония вилл — шедевры Хайтманна. Вы узнаете, через что пришлось пройти зодчему и его команде, чтобы подарить городу настолько красивый и комфортный район.

Отдельное внимание уделим деталям авторского стиля и принципам планировки колонии вилл в Кёнигсберге.

Поговорим не только о судьбах жителей чудесных вилл Амалиенау (нередко трагических), но и о нацистских преступниках, в том числе, о покушении на Коха.

Побываем в знаковом сквере, который в народе именуют площадью Звезды Фридриха.

А ещё сможем заглянуть в гости к хозяину немецкой виллы в самом центре Амалиенау.

Были на экскурсии с дочерью, выбирали по отзывам. И не ошиблись. Интересный маршрут,экскурсия прошла без суеты и спешки, в комфортном темпе. Останавливались для фото любых понравившихся мест. Много информации о бывших и настоящих владельцах вилл, истории этого района, сравнение исторического облика зданий (есть фотографии) с сегодняшним видом после реставрации. Очень доброжелательное отношение Юлии к клиентам, ответит на любые вопросы, даже не относящиеся к теме экскурсии. Остались очень приятные впечатления! Однозначно рекомендуем!

Посетили данную экскурсию, в целом все понравилось, информации было достаточно, маршрут интересен. Сняла одну звезду, так как было ощущение, что Юлия очень торопится на следующие экскурсии (возможно сказывалось то, что мы были 1 мая, популярный день): сложно было влезть в рассказ с вопросом, некоторые виллы не удалось посмотреть с других ракурсов - быстро шли в новую точку, в принципе и сфотографироваться было проблематично, только в конце экскурсии решилась попросить нас сфотографировать)) В целом, экскурсию рекомендую, но лучше не в праздничный день))

Очень довольны, что выбрали эту экскурсию с этим гидом, и завершили ею отдых в Калининграде. Очень интересно и познавательно. Юлия - прекрасный экскурсовод и очень приятный и доброжелательный человек, искренне любящий свой город и всё, что с ним связано. Район Амалиенау - необычный и красивый. Особенно необычной и интересной частью экскурсии стало посещение виллы одного из жителей района, с заходом внутрь, чаепитием, рассказами и историями. Не могли никак уйти! Хотелось оставаться и сидеть, но бронь в ресторане торопила нас. Такие экскурсии,ткак эта, остаются в памяти. Юлия, спасибо большое!
