В программе сочетается сразу несколько экскурсий: обзорная по городу, поездка на гору Ахун, посещение дачи Сталина и курорта Мацеста. И все они объединены общей концепцией — рассказать о судьбоносном периоде расцвета Сочи и открыть неожиданные факты о связанных с ним личностях и событиях мирового масштаба.

На автоэкскурсии я расскажу, почему московская элита поначалу неохотно смотрела в сторону одного из самых перспективных курортов России. Познакомлю с архитектурой сталинского ампира и объясню, что сегодня происходит в этих зданиях. Поясню, к каким проектам имела отношение В. И. Мухина, автор культовой скульптуры «Рабочий и колхозница». Покажу место, где был подписан акт о капитуляции армии А. Деникина. Кроме того, вы узнаете, на каких улицах был аэродром во время войны и где в центральном Сочи долгое время находился аэропорт.

О Сталине, фильмах и литературе
Обойти вниманием вождя не получится — здесь много связано с одной из ключевых фигур 20 столетия. Вы посетите правительственную дачу Сталина в Зеленой Роще, где рассмотрите предметы быта и интерьера, узнаете, как Сталин лечился после инсульта в Сочи и что ему помогло. А также навестите дачу его любимой певицы. Узнаете, на какой улице создавалось всемирно известное произведение «Как закалялась сталь». Где Маяковский впервые прочитал «Стихи о советском паспорте». Вы узнаете, где можно поискать клад, потерянный с советских времен, переночевать с приведениями, посетить места, в которых произошли громкие трагедии, и познакомиться с азами шулерства. Услышите, с кем спорит местная администрация о возвращении первого сочинского санатория и придания ему исторической значимости. А также заберетесь на башню Ахун, построенную всего за 101 день, с которой вам откроется лучший обзорный вид на город. Это собственно не совсем экскурсия, а поездка по Сочи и окрестностям на машине и "что вижу, о том и рассказываю". Не хватило какой-то цельной концепции экскурсии. Хотя, надо отдать должное, гид полностью владеет темой, историческим фактами, на все вопросы отвечает. И отдельное большое ему спасибо за то, что нашёл бесплатную парковку на время экскурсии для нашей машины)

Сложно описать ощущения от " экскурсии". Это скорее был трансфер до ряда достопримечательностей. Посещение которых проходило по принципу - "идите посмотрите, я здесь подожду". Машина Лада Веста, вчетвером тесно. Рассказы уложились в рамки статьи из Википедии о Сочи. Лучше доплатить до профессионально гида. Нам не повезло, не было свободных на этот день. Отдельно отмечу "экскурсоводов" на даче Сталина. Краем уха слышали их просвятительские рассказы. Все сводилось к муссированию физических недостатков вожда и членов его семьи - низкий рост, узкие плечи и тд и тп. И всего пару слов об его решающем участии в создании Сочи, как города и курорта. Эти человечки не догоняют, что величие не определяется ростом. Ну да ладно.

Позитивный настрой, легкость в общении очень важны в индивидуальной экскурсии, спасибо Сергею за ознакомление с Сочи с позиции жителя и с интересными фактами!

Сергей, который был с нами эти 4 часа, прекрасно рассказал о советском прошлом города. Ответственный, спокойный, эрудированный. Уточнил наши пожелания и показал интересующие нас достопримечательности. Спасибо за экскурсию.

У экскурсовода Сергея очень приятная, интелегентная, мягкая подача материала, без навязывания как случается у некоторых, и с учётом интересов экскурсантов. Спасибо
