Вы попадете туда на пароме: прогуляетесь по богемному району — улочкам с антикварными лавками, мастерскими и барами — и найдете гастрономический рай. Я расскажу, что едят турки, и поделюсь местными традициями, которые знаю изнутри. От лукума до турецкой пиццы, от кофе на углях до османского щербета — вы поймете, что турецкая гастрономия — это далеко не только кебабы.
Что вас ожидает
Сюжеты прошлого и самый светский Стамбул
На пароме через бухту Золотой Рог и начало пролива Босфор мы уплывем на азиатскую часть мегаполиса. По дороге вы увидите исторический полуостров Стамбула, минареты Святой Софии, дворец Топкапы и другие красивейшие достопримечательности. Параллельно я расскажу главное о прошлом города — о падении Константинополя и расцвете Османской империи, о культуре и традициях жителей.
На «другом» континенте мы погуляем по очень атмосферному уголку города. Одетые по-европейски девушки, возможность выпить в баре на улице, отсутствие множества мечетей, стильные кафе — вас ждет светский район, чей дух особенно контрастирует с остальным Стамбулом.
Вкусности по-турецки
Главной героиней экскурсии станет стамбульская еда. Прогуливаясь по историческим кафе, вы оцените особенности турецкой пиццы, найдете настоящий османский щербет и незабываемые десерты, насладитесь клубничным лукумом и турецким кофе, сваренным на углях. А также попробуете шаурму в заведении со звездой Мишлен! Я погружу вас в особенности национальный кухни, развею стереотипы и подскажу, куда еще заглянуть на обед или ужин.

Очень интересная и познавательная экскурсия по азиатскому району Кадыкёй с очень обаятельным годом Олесей. Ранее были только в европейской части Стамбула, поэтому были приятно удивлены контрастом между обеими частями города. В ходе экскурсии прошлись по тихим симпатичным улочкам этого района, по набережной Мраморного моря с элитной недвижимостью вдоль которой растут красивые сады, ознакомились со гастрономическими вкусами турок, продегустировав по совету нашего гида несколько блюд, попробовали замечательный турецкий кофе (место для дегустации также указала Олеся). Кроме того, Олеся замечательный рассказчик. Из беседы с ней мы узнали много интересных и занимательных подробностей из жизни местных жителей. По ее совету мы приобрели в ходе прогулки несколько местных пряностей, которые с удовольствием используем по возвращению домой. Замечу, что покупать пряности она посоветовала именно здесь в Кадыкёй, а не на Египетском базаре. И. наконец, в ходе экскурсии мы подержались за рога скульптурного боевого быка, которая является достопримечательностью района. Если подержаться за его рога, сбываются желания. Советуем попробовать.

Спасибо за организацию экскурсии. Очень поздно я спохватилась, но все сложилось удачно. Олеся прекрасно организовала встречу и провела по очень колоритным районам Стамбула. Мы попробовали очень вкусные блюда и узнали много интересного! Спасибо Олесе за полезные советы.
