Мюнхен — пивная столица мира. Здесь выпивается почти 200 литров пенного на человека в год. Я проведу вас «пивным» маршрутом и расскажу о традициях пивоварения в Мюнхене и Баварии. А в лучших барах вы продегустируете первоклассные образцы «жидкого хлеба».

Что вас ожидает

Капля истории перед бочкой пива
Вы узнаете, как варили пиво в Средневековье, почему лучшими пивоварами были монахи, какой закон регулирует пивоварение в Германии и где сегодня получают профессию технологи производства пенного.
Конечно, вы познакомитесь с культурой распития напитка в Мюнхене. Услышите, кто такие «штаммгасты», где разливают пиво Большой мюнхенской шестерки и что такое пивные сады. Как знаток пивоварения, я расскажу, какое пиво предпочитают на завтрак аборигены и что такое «зимнее» пиво. Вы научитесь отличать пшеничный Вайцен от нефильтрованного Келлер-бир и откроете для себя знаковые исторические события мюнхенских пивных. Мы вместе выучим баварские тосты и посмеемся над забавными пивными анекдотами.

В аутентичных заведениях я посоветую самые популярные, а также необычные сорта для дегустации. С пивом вы попробуете традиционные и диковинные закуски, такие как обацда и вайсвурст. Гиду Владимиру - большая благодарность за душевный (а как же еще?) рассказ о пиве! Наш семейный пивной кругозор сильно расширился, вкусовые рецепторы порадовались, а время экскурсии пролетело совершенно незаметно. Любителям пива - настоятельно рекомендую эту экскурсию!

Владимир прекрасно провёл экскурсию, даже не экскурсию, рассказ , беседу с друзьями, не навязывая лишних знаний (которые из него тем не менее постоянно прорывались), раскрыл тему баварского и в частности мюнхенского пива с пивом и огромной заинтересованностью. Показал неожиданные места, дал рекомендации где-что. Огромное спасибо!

Юрий очень знающий, отличный рассказчик, легкий и приятный собеседник, с отличным чувством умора. Просто обладает энциклопедическими знаниями. Мы это очень оценили. Умеет подстраивать себя под туристов, под их запросы. Провёл с нами больше 5 часов и видно, что Юрий просто любит свою работу! Честь ему и хвала!
