Описание
На обзорной экскурсии по столице вы познакомитесь с самобытной историей и культурой калмыков. В крупнейшем хуруле республики узнаете, как Калмыкия стала единственным регионом Европы с традиционным распространением тибетского буддизма. А еще я расскажу о предполагаемой прародине индоевропейцев, первых степных цивилизациях, масштабных миграциях, наиболее ранних следах коневодства и изобретении колесницы.
Что вас ожидает
Крупнейший буддистский храм Калмыкии
Экскурсия начнется с посещения величественного хурула «Золотая обитель Будды Шакьямуни», возведенного по благословению Далай-ламы XIV. Я коротко расскажу об основах, истории и направлениях буддизма. Подробно остановлюсь на особенностях религии в Калмыкии — единственном регионе Европы с традиционным распространением тибетского буддизма, исповедуемого калмыками с конца 16 века. А возле статуи языческого бога, Белого старца, поговорим о самобытном синкретизме. На территории комплекса вы увидите самую высокую статую Будды в Европе, узнаете о принципах расположения храмовых объектов и осмотрите выразительные росписи с изображениями сакральных сюжетов.
Вглядываясь в индоевропейское прошлое
Отдельной темой станут курганы Калмыкии. В частности, вы узнаете о курганной группе «Элистинская», превосходящей по возрасту египетские пирамиды. В других местах Юга России подобные курганы за сотни лет земледелия оказались распаханными и практически уничтоженными. Этим объясняется особая ценность древних некрополей в Калмыкии. На предполагаемой прародине индоевропейцев я расскажу о версиях их возникновения и развития, формировании ветвей самой распространенной языковой семьи в мире, «курганной культуре» и степных цивилизациях. Вы услышите о первых трансконтинентальных степных миграциях народов, ранних свидетельствах одомашнивания лошадей, изобретении колесницы, а также о любопытной интерпретации легенды о Всемирном потопе.

Экскурсия с Константином нас так увлекла, что еще долго обсуждали и делились впечатлениями по дороге домой! Константин очень душевный, интересный и эрудированный человек. После общения с ним ощущается умиротворение и покой на душе. Много узнали о истории Калмыкии и Буддизме. Побывали в двух храмах, сфотографировались в калмыцких костюмах. С удовольствием будем дальше знакомиться с Калмыкией вместе с Константином. Рекомендуем и вам!

Большое спасибо Константину за экскурсию. Нам было на столько интересно послушать про буддизм и историю Калмыкии, что мы только после окончания экскурсии поняли, что вместо 2 часов экскурсия заняла 3 часа.
