Хачапури, горячие хинкали и ароматное вино — приготовьтесь почувствовать истинные вкусы Грузии! На кулинарном мастер-классе вы приготовите сырные лодочки по старинному аджарскому рецепту и слепите хинкали, как это делают в горных деревнях. Колоритные легенды, байки и рассказы о грузинских традициях прилагаются.

Аджарский хачапури по аутентичному рецепту
Мы устроимся в уютном доме в сердце Тбилиси, где под руководством сертифицированных поваров вы приготовите культовые хачапури «аджарули» по старинному рецепту деревень Аджарии. Шаг за шагом вы своими руками сделаете знаменитые сырные лепешки-лодочки с желтком в центре, которые в Грузии знают все, но правильно готовят лишь немногие. А заодно узнаете, в чем отличие настоящего аджарского хачапури, и познакомитесь с историей грузинского блюда. А затем с аппетитом съедите приготовленный с пылу, с жару хачапури, сопровождая его бокалом вкуснейшего домашнего вина.

Приготовить «правильные» хинкали
Подкрепившись, приступим ко второй части мастер-класса. На этот раз будем готовить хинкали — так, как это делают грузины-горцы к северу от Тбилиси. Вы узнаете, как замесить нужное тесто, и научитесь лепить истинно-грузинские хинкали. Сопровождаться готовка будет колоритными байками и нескучными историями о традициях и жителях Тбилиси, местном быте и национальной кухне. А в конце, конечно же, вас ждет дегустация собственноручно приготовленных хинкали.

Мастер класс прошел отлично. Мы как будто побывали в семье. Все обьяснили , показали. Мы провели замечательно время. Продегустировали что приготовили.большое спасибо .
