Кухня Грузии не менее разнообразна, чем ее пейзажи. В гостевом деревенском доме в Имеретии вы приготовите блюда Сакартвело из фермерских продуктов. Услышите о кулинарных традициях, выясните, чем мегрельский хачапури отличается от кахетинского (и не только). А в итоге лучше поймете колоритную страну!

Что вас ожидает

Экскурс в гастрономию грузинского народа
Из поколения в поколение переходят традиции приготовления грузинских блюд — и у каждого региона они различаются. Я открою вам особенности не только имеретинской кухни, но и сванской, мегрельской, кахетинской, аджарской. Вы услышите истории возникновения некоторых блюд, разгадаете смысл их названий и узнаете, что в грузинской гастрономии от арабской и турецкой кухонь.

Мастер-класс по 3 блюдам
Мы будем смаковать интересные вкусовые сочетания под аккомпанемент сухого белого или красного вина, и разберемся в море грузинских специй — я научу вас грамотно их использовать. А еще во время мастер-класса вы узнаете, как менялась технология приготовления блюд сквозь века.

С меню вы определитесь заранее с моей помощью, выбрав 3 блюда понравившегося региона (по одному из каждой категории).

  • Первое блюдо (мучное):
    — Хачапури (аджарский, имеретинский, мегрельский или кахетинский)
    — Мчади (традиционная кукурузная лепешка)
  • Второе блюдо (овощное, из трав, грибное):
    — Пхали (закуска из трав, экалы, овощей или грибов)
    — Сванское блюдо из картофеля
    — Мегрельское блюдо из мамалыги
    — Лечхумское лобио или лобиани (блюдо из фасоли)
  • Третье блюдо (мясо, птица): сациви, баже, чакапули, чахохбили, чашушули, оджахури и другие вкусные наименования на выбор :)

Ну а потом вы, конечно, вкусно поедите — и в итоге убедитесь, что легко сможете повторить любимые блюда грузинской кухни уже дома!

Мы провели приятный вечер в компании Ульяны, приготовили оджахури, пхали и хачапури ачарули. Ульяна не только объясняла каждый этап приготовления, но и делилась интересными историями о грузинских традициях, особенностях местной кухни и национальных блюдах. Отдельно хочется отметить гостеприимство и уютную атмосферу.

Были на мастер классе по приготовлению блюд грузинской кухни. Готовили чахохбили, пахали и чвиштари. Мастер класс проводила Ульяна у себя дома. Мы получили удовольствие от приготовления блюд. Ульяна очень интересно рассказывала про специи и традиции грузинского народа. Очень рекомендую мастер класс у Ульяны. Она прислала нам фото и рецепты приготовленных блюд. Мне так понравилось, что по возвращению домой, я приготовили эти блюда и устроила грузинскую вечеринку. Спасибо за душевность.

Мы отлично с пользой и со вкусом провели время в компании Ульяны у нее дома. Ульяна заранее согласовала с нами блюда, в день встречи они с мужем забрали нас из отеля в Кутаиси. У них замечательная кухня, очень уютная. Готовили 3 блюда. Все вместе. Параллельно Ульяна рассказывала про блюда, про их быт в Грузии, про традиции, про локации для посещения. Со мной была дочка 7 лет, она любит готовить, с удовольствием лепила хачапури. Плюс нас угостили домашним вином и ещё пакет лимонов из своего сада подарили. Спасибо большое за теплый прием у себя дома!

Это был потрясающий опыт! Мы побывали на мастер-классе у Ульяны и приготовили три блюда грузинской кухни: аджарули, сванское блюдо из картофеля и шкмерули. Всё происходило в очень уютной, почти семейной обстановке, где мы чувствовали себя не просто гостями, а старыми друзьями. Ульяна — настоящая хозяйка с большой буквы: гостеприимная, внимательная и невероятно увлечённая своим делом. Она увлекательно рассказала о грузинских кулинарных традициях, о различиях кухонь разных регионов, о секретах сочетания специй и об их истории. Ульяна угостила нас вкуснейшим домашним вином. Это был идеальный обед — с душевными разговорами, смехом и ощущением, что побывали в гостях у близких друзей. Мы не только вкусно поели, но и уехали с ощущением, что теперь сможем легко повторить всё дома. Огромное спасибо за атмосферу, знания и потрясающие вкусные блюда!
