«Озера, окаймленные лесом»
У Верхне-Выксунского пруда, переходящего в знаменитый каскад, я расскажу об уникальной гидросистеме города и нахождении «железной розы» — руды. Вам откроется живописный природный ландшафт и вид на историческую застройку. Мы поговорим о металлургическом предприятии XVIII века, где отливали пушки и посуду, фонтаны и скульптуры, изготавливали косы и паровые машины, и под нужды которого проектировали знаменитые водоемы. По дороге к центру мы рассмотрим памятник заводчикам — братьям Баташевым именитого скульптора Владимира Клыкова.
Отцы-основатели
Вы узнаете, как строились заводы, богатели и разорялись их хозяева, какое значение имеет местный оперный театр, а в старинном парке близ усадьбы насладитесь русским садово-парковым искусством второй половины XVIII века и его современным прочтением. А, заглянув в монастырь XIX века, откроете историю обители и увидите реликвии, созданные руками монахинь. Гуляя по городу, мы рассмотрим несколько старинных храмов, Шуховскую водонапорную башню, составленную из прямолинейных стержней, и господский дом Баташевых-Шепелевых.

Хотите знать, как город Железной Розы стал центром современного искусства? Я проведу вас по самым ярким улицам Выксы и покажу множество арт-объектов. Некоторые из них представляют скульптурные композиции, иные — творческое наследие художников-граффитистов. Вы познакомитесь с новейшими символами города и станете чуточку лучше разбираться в актуальном искусстве.

Замечательная экскурсия и прекрасный город. Можно сказать, что Выкса - образец для небольших городов России. Безусловно, это во многом происходит благодаря собственнику завода, его заботливому отношению к людям и к месту. Город чистый, аккуратный, есть места для отдыха, современные пространства, прекрасный парк с дендрарием (а дендрарий - это дорогое удовольствие), полноценный стадион с новыми площадками, музеи, малые городские формы, арт-дизайн. За 3 часа экскурсии успели многое посмотреть и прогуляться.

Были одним днём в Выксе на экскурсии Александра, и ни секунды не пожалели, что выбрали именно этот город и нашего гида из всех возможных вариантов. Александр прекрасный рассказчик, большой знаток и фанат своего дела, показал нам город в разных его ипостасях - и в исторической, и в современной перспективе, и с фактами, и с легендами этого места, так что все слушатели - а аудитория была разновозрастной, от 8 до 78 лет - абсолютно все были довольны и впечатлены, и после возвращения домой из поездки по Владимирской и Нижегородской областям в первую очередь вспоминают впечатления из экскурсии Александра. И это несмотря на то, что погода приготовила нам испытания и начался дождь, который упорно пытался помешать пешеходной части экскурсии. Но Александр помог раздобыть дождевики, выстроил маршрут согласно экстремальным обстоятельствам и мы смогли посетить все точки маршрута, несмотря ни на что. Рекомендуем Александра и Выксу для любителей истории, самобытной культуры русских городов и поездок по родному краю.

Замечательный город и замечательная экскурсия с замечательным Александром! И по городу проехали, и в красивых парках погуляли. Александр очень знающий экскурсовод и приятный человек.
