Это гастрономическое приключение приведет вас к самым интересным дегустационным уголкам Рима от аутентичного рынка до рыбацкой лавки. Устрицы и лангусты, трюфели и сыры, сицилийские канноли и просекко — деликатесы итальянской кухни превратятся для вас в настоящую симфонию вкусов и ароматов!

Что вас ожидает

Ароматы итальянского рынка
Гастрономическую жизнь Рима нельзя представить без местного рынка — именно туда мы отправимся первым делом. Сочные красные томаты, свежая зелень, мандарины и лимоны — вы узнаете, какие продукты были на прилавках в древнем Риме и как складывалась культура питания в 3 веке до н.э.

Дегустация морских деликатесов
Следом отправимся в колоритную рыбацкую лавку, где вы отведаете свежайших устриц или лангустов. Рыбаки лично подготовят вам дегустацию. И под бокал холодного вина вы ощутите настоящий вкус Италии! Здесь поговорим о том, какую рыбу предпочитают римляне сейчас, а какую ели пару тысяч лет назад в Древнем Риме.

Легендарный трюфель
Невзрачный на вид гриб преподнесёт вам яркую смесь вкусов жареных семечек, грецкого ореха и пикантного чеснока. На дегустации продуктов с добавлением этого ароматного гриба вы узнаете, историю самого дорогого и «волнующего» деликатеса.

Всё, что вам нужно знать об итальянских сырах
Молодые и выдержанные, мягкие и твердые, с острым ароматом и нежными молочными нотками — подобно лучшим винам итальянские сыры открывают свой вкус постепенно и играют послевкусием. В сырной лавке вы попробуете настоящие фермерские сыры. Узнаете о местном сыроварении и традиционных блюдах национальной кухни, которые невозможно представить без сыра.

Но это ещё не всё! Будьте готовы влюбиться в сицилийские канноли, горячие супли, традиционную пиццу — прогулка подарит вам целый фейерверк вкусов. А в конце нашего гастро-вояжа вас ждет подарок: гайд с адресами хороших ресторанов в Риме и советами, какое вино и пасту приобрести в качестве сувенира.

Интересное погружение в мир гастрономических изысков! Казалось бы , что можно рассказать об этом ? Вроде и так много знаем об итальянских деликатесах! Но Елена так красиво это показывает и угощает. Мы попробовали мясные, рыбные, сырные деликатесы и десерт!!! И пиццу!! Очень вкусно и интересно!

Лена,очень интересно рассказывает. Культурная,приятная женщина. Лёгкая в общении. Рассказала и показала много интересного. Попробовали очень вкусные,необычные вещи. Рекомендую . Не пожалеете. Спасибо,Лена.

Во время экскурсии было показано много интересных точек с традиционной кухней Италии и дана исчерпывающая информация об истории их создания с последующей дегустацией. Однозначно советую для любителей хорошей кухни, невероятный опыт

Елена потрясающий гид...Всё показала, рассказала, отвечела на вопросы...Очень было приятно " прийдти на всё готовое" то есть мы ничего не делали кроме того что вкусно кугюшали и слушали Елену.... Он очень хороший гид так же после экскурсии подсказала куда вкусно пойдти и покушать и даже забронировала для нас места в ресторане....
