Секреты китайского чая
Вы поедете на чайную плантацию Ди Чинь Ли, расположенную в 75 км от Гуанчжоу. По пути я расскажу любопытные факты о китайском красном чае и поясню, почему в Европе его называют не красным, а черным. На плантации вы не только познакомитесь с процедурой изготовления лучшего в мире чая, но и почувствуете себя местными фермерами: выйдете в поле, соберете лист своими руками, заварите чай как настоящие мастера и насладитесь его невероятным вкусом.
По таинственной реке на лодочке!
После «работы» в чайном поле вас ждут вкусный национальный обед и катание на лодке по подземной реке Сянь Чао с подсвеченными карстовыми сталактитами и сталагмитами, поражающими причудливыми формами. Я расскажу, как образовалась волшебная река, какие рыбы в ней водятся и чем еще она знаменита.

Я выбрал эту экскурсию, потому что она была единственная на мои даты прибывания в Гуанчжоу с посещением чайной плантации, места, которое для меня - любителя чая, являлось несбыточной мечтой. И вот, мечта сбылась. Николай оказался очень профессиональным гидом, а его программа была выверенной. Но я также попросил его отвезти меня на чайный рынок, что он также сделал. Поэтому хочу отметить и его гибкость в плане программы. Первой точкой был небольшой городок с исторической и приятной архитектурой, а также обедом в местном ресторане, что было интересным опытом. Затем плантация - место для спокойствия и знакомства с природой. После прогулки между чайных кустов - дегустация чая (если вы едете большой группой, то сможете ещё и приготовить его сами. Я был один, поэтому мы пошли смотреть производство). На дегустации было около 6 сортов и была возможность попробовать больше. На последок, мы заглянули на небольшую прогулку по пещерам. Я сначало скептически относился к их посещению, но место необычное и аутентичное, поэтому стоит посещения. На протяжении всей поездки от отеля до отеля, Николай сопровождал меня и дополнял все посещения комментариями и интересными историями про городок, про чай и про пещеры, а также рассказывал про жизнь в Китае. В заключении мы отправились к торговцу чаем, где я смог попробовать несколько уникальных сортов и приобрести что-то себе. Владельцы магазина тоже были добродушными и приятными людьми, с которыми мы много чая. В заключении могу сказать, что все было организованно на высшем уровне. Рекомендую любителям чая и природы.

Все очень понравилось, экскурсия просто захватывает дух, Николай самый лучший организатор, с которым мы могли поехать, материал подает очень интересно, просто я восхищена, приедем еще раз и возьмем еще раз эту экскурсию и именно с Николаем, всем советую)
