Описание

Чтобы превратить прогулку по Калининграду в путешествие во времени, мы пройдем по трем историческим районам — Хуфену, Луизенвалю и Амалиенау. Я помогу вам не пропустить ни одной важной архитектурной детали, расскажу, как жили немецкие бюргеры в начале 20 века, и проведу по старинным улочкам, которые готовы поделиться вековыми секретами.

Что вас ожидает

Хуфен — сердце довоенного Кёнигсберга
Начнётся прогулка на улицах Хуфена — богатого района, который в начале 20 века облюбовали состоятельные кёнигсбержцы. Здесь вы в полной мере представите устройство довоенного Кёнигсберга и быт его жителей. Мы рассмотрим туннель для поездов, здание первого городского радио, один из старейших зоопарков в Европе, Хуфенскую гимназию, театр, кинотеатр и интересные памятники. А заодно разберёмся в архитектурных стилях старых кварталов — от барокко до конструктивизма архитектурной школы Баухауз.

Луизенваль: по следам королевы Луизы
Следом отправимся в Луизенваль — нынешний Центральный парк города. Здесь вас встретят остросюжетные истории о Наполеоне, российском императоре Александре I и, конечно, королеве Луизе. Вы узнаете, почему кёнигсбержцы так почитали свою правительницу, осмотрите белоснежную кирху и полуротонду, построенную в память о Луизе. А ещё увидите королевский охотничий замок и другие примечательные постройки.

Немецкие виллы Амалиенау
Ни одно путешествие в довоенный Кёнигсберг не может обойтись без Амалиенау — красивейшего района, построенного в концепции «город-сад». Мы прогуляемся среди сохранившихся немецких особняков, которые прячутся в тени вековых деревьев, обратим внимание на архитектурные детали вилл Шмидт, Маковски и многих других. И, конечно, поговорим о судьбах их прежних владельцев, среди которых «Гороховый король» Кёнигсберга и даже хозяин верфи.

Организационные детали

  • Экскурсию проведу я либо Иван — автор экскурсии и гид с многолетним стажем
  • Маршрут протяжённый, поэтому не рекомендован путешественникам с детьми дошкольного возраста
  • Прогулка проходит по самым зелёным районам. Почти всегда можно спрятаться и от жары, и от дождя в тени деревьев, поэтому плохая погода не является препятствием к посещению экскурсии. Тем не менее, возьмите с собой зонт или дождевик на случай осадков
  • В середине пути предусмотрен перерыв в Центральном парке
  • От конечной точки маршрута можно вернуться в центр города приблизительно за 15 минут на общественном транспорте

мы с женой много и часто путешествуем и почти всегда заказываем индивидуальные экскурсии на наш взгляд Степан один из лучших гидов великолепный рассказчик отлично владеет материалом

Экскурсовод Степан знает и любит своё дело, и это не может не подкупать. Немного замёрзли с ним за 3,5+ часа пешей экскурсии, но сама она искупала всё))))))))) К тому же получил от Степана квалифицированные рекомендации, за что ему отдельная благодарность!

От проведенной Степаном экскурсии я под восторженным впечатлением, которое сохраню на долгие года и века!) Искусный рассказчик с тонким юмором, четкий, организовснный, и в то же время романтичный); А ещё: интеллигентный, деликатный, предупредительный, обаятельный и привлекательный, и таланты на этом, уверена, не заканчиваются!!) Не боюсь перехвалить, талант - не пропьешь, не променяешь! Вот такие люди несут свет, радость, вдохновение, веру, таким людям с подмостков театра доносить важное, вечное людям. Люди!
