Описание

Канарская финка — место, где вам откроется настоящий, нетуристический Тенерифе, какими его знают коренные жители. Вы познакомитесь с хозяином старинной фермы, продегустируете вино с местной винодельни, оцените за ужином блюда канарской кухни и очаруетесь уютом сельской жизни острова.

Что вас ожидает

Традиционная канарская финка
Мы отправимся к северу острова, на аутентичную канарскую финку, которая существовала на Тенерифе задолго до того, как туристы наводнили рестораны Пуэрто-де-ла-Круз. Здесь практически в первозданном виде сохранились все элементы сельской канарской жизни: вы прогуляетесь по винограднику, понаблюдаете за деревенской живностью и полюбуетесь спелыми авокадо, апельсинами и тамарильо в пышном фруктовом саду.

Виноделие на Тенерифе: узнать и попробовать
У виноградника вас встретит коренной канарец, прадед которого основал финку и посадил здесь первый виноград. Кто лучше сможет рассказать о технологии местного виноделия, которая ничуть не изменилась за последние сто лет? После небольшого экскурса в винную историю Тенерифе вы попробуете ароматное канарское вино, проникнете в тонкости его производства и хранения.

Ужин по-канарски!
После дегустации вас ждет превосходный ужин с национальными канарскими блюдами, которые с радостью приготовит хозяин фермы — бывший шеф-повар одного из ресторанов Тенерифе! Вы не только оцените аутентичную местную кухню, но и узнаете самое интересное о быте Канарских островов. А уютная и радушная атмосфера позволит почувствовать себя желанным гостем у старых друзей.

Организационные детали

  • Трансфер от Икод-де-лос-Винос до финки включён в стоимость. Трансфер из других городов можем организовать за доплату, которая рассчитывается индивидуально
  • Финка находится в северной части острова, поэтому в случае, если вы остановились на юге Тенерифе, поездка до места ужина займет около часа
  • Основное канарское блюдо мы выберем с вами, исходя из ваших предпочтений. Это может быть кролик по-канарски, мясо, рыба, моллюски. Стоимость зависит от выбранного основного блюда, разницу необходимо будет заплатить на месте наличными. В базовую цену входит дегустация вина и легкие закуски.

Спустя столько времени дошли руки до отзыва. Но даже спустя несколько месяцев смело могу сказать, что экскурсия с Ольгой- одно из лучших событий, которые с нами случились на Тенерифе! Мы взяли и дополнительную экскурсию по городу и не пожалели. Рекомендуем Ольгу всем ! Отличный гид, замечательный человек 🥰 Ужин прошел отлично, Патрисио всегда будем вспоминать!

Прекрасная прогулка с компетентным гидом Ольгой, которая провела нас по увлекательному маршруту. Мы получили много нескучно поданной не только исторической информации, но и актуальных данных о современной жизни города. Также Ольга ответила на все нас интересуюшие вопросы и поделилась актуальной инфомацией. С гидом нам очень повезло. Особенно порадовали дегустации: одна в прелестном дворике (невероятно вкусных вин) среди авокадовых деревьев, другая на финке у Патрицио (закуски, крем суп, кролик и банановый десерт были превосходны). Вместе с Ольгой мы попробовали невероятный кофейный напиток, оформленный картинкой драконовово дерева. Для нас с мужем прогулка была отличной, мы очень благодарны.

Отличная прогулка по острову получилась. Пока добирались до места ужина,посмотрели сам остров, потом попали на дегустацию вкуснейших канарских вин. В компании нашего обаятельного, веселого, очень компанейского и доброжелательного гида Ольги время пробежало совсем незаметно. Ольга все показала,рассказала, несмотря на то ,что время было ограничено,мы успели забежать и в Церквушку по пути и на Драконово дерево взглянуть. Сам ужин прошел в невероятно приятной обстановке ,все было вкусно, аутентично и вообще просто чудесно. Кролик по-канарски от хозяина фермы - Патрисио был просто идеален. Познакомились с бытом тенерифских крестьян, увидели ,как выглядит реальная, не лубочная ( как это часто бывает на таких экскурсиях для туристов) ферма . Спасибо Ольге за чудесную прогулку.Очень рекомендую.
