Описание

Креативные, лофт и арт-кластеры появляются в Петербурге на наших глазах. Вы посетите два главных событийных пространства города. Историческая архитектура, смелые дизайнерские решения, стрит-арт и хитрости, позволившие приспособить бывшие цеха под бары, выставки и концертные площадки — всё это сочетают «Новая Голландия» и «Севкабель-порт».

Что вас ожидает

«Новая Голландия»: таинственный остров
Здесь проходят выставки и художественные акции, дети обучаются компьютерной графике и звукорежиссуре, работают мексиканские и грузинские кафе, постоянно открываются новые арт-площадки. А ведь остров 300 лет был закрытой военной зоной: я расскажу, что происходило здесь на протяжении этих лет и как промышленный остров превратился в самый благоустроенный парк Петербурга. Мы зайдем в здание морской тюрьмы, увидим копию корабля времен Петра I и даже побываем на новом городском пляже. Попутно — разберемся, как «Новой Голландии» удается завоевывать комплименты урбанистов и архитектурных критиков со всего мира, и обсудим нереализованные проекты реконструкции острова.

«Севкабель-порт»: новый путь к морю
Этот творческий кластер создан на берегу Невы и Финского залива — в бывших корпусах кабельного завода. Вы погуляете по новой деревянной набережной, оцените виды на море и вантовые мосты, опробуете «вертикальные скамейки», изобретение создателей площадки. Я раскрою, как старым техническим приспособлениям — кабельным катушкам, чертежным столам, погрузочному терминалу — пришлось «сменить профессию». В кабельном цеху можно посетить маркет и выставку или посмотреть, чем живет небольшой скейт-парк: каждый день здесь происходит что-то новое. Также мы рассмотрим граффити, украшающие здания Порта, и обсудим планы по его дальнейшему преображению.
После экскурсии предлагаю выпить кофе или провести время в барах — они открыты в зданиях «заводоуправления» и промышленного института.

  • Экскурсия автомобильно-пешеходная. В программе — прогулка по двум креативным пространствам + трансфер на автомобиле Ford Kuga 2019 года с экскурсией по пути.
  • Начало — на острове «Новая Голландия». Окончание — на территории «Севкабель-порт» или у станции метро «Приморская».

Отличная экскурсия для тех, кто хочет увидеть в Санкт-Петербурге не только классику, но и современные варианты использования исторических пространств и бывших промышленных территорий, нестандартные арт-объекты. Экскурсию "Креативные пространства Петербурга" для нас провел Кирилл - чудесный гид, увлеченный своим делом. Мы начали мероприятие с острова "Новая Голландия", где очень атмосферно и даже ноябрьская слякоть не испортила впечатление. Кирилл познакомил с территорией и с исторической точки зрения и с современной, рассказал много историй, связанных с этим местом. До следующей локации - Севкабельпорта - мы доехали на его комфортабельном автомобиле. Территория бывшего завода сейчас представляет из себя площадку для различных креативов: фестивалей, ярмарок, детских и молодежных пространств. Кирилл провел нас по всей территории, рассказал чем примечательны разные помещения. Было очень интересно, спасибо большое!
