Описание

Кипр — это не только море, но и горы. Вы оцените панораму Олимпоса, побываете в идиллической деревне Омодос и прикоснетесь к святыням древних монастырей. Погрузитесь в тайны и легенды заброшенного отеля Беренгария, побываете в таверне и на винодельне. А еще посетите знаменитый пляж, где, по преданию, вышла из пены морской Афродита.

Что вас ожидает

Деревня Омодос и древние монастыри
Наше путешествие начнется с традиционной кипрской деревни Омодос. Мы прогуляемся по ее колоритным узким улочкам и понаблюдаем за неторопливой местной жизнью. А также посетим церковь Животворящего Креста и монастырь Киккос, где хранится одна из трех икон, написанная Святым Лукой при жизни Девы Марии. Я расскажу историю этих мест и раскрою их современное значение.

Отель-призрак, Олимпос и пляж Афродиты
Вы заедете в деревню Продромос и осмотрите ныне заброшенный, но когда-то процветающий отель Беренгария. Кроме того, заглянете на аутентичную винодельню, продегустируете ароматные вина и зиванию. А в высокогорной деревушке Педулас отдохнете в кипрской таверне. В завершение полюбуетесь небольшим живописным водопадом, подниметесь на смотровую площадку с видом на гору Олимпос и искупаетесь в месте рождения Афродиты.
