Добрый день! Коайне не рекомендую обращаться к Сусанне туристам. Объясню почему . Мы забронировали экскурсию по району Балат у Сусанны на 11 утра ( это важно), внесли предоплату и связались с ней, указав, что хотим сделать акцент на православных храмах, расположенных в этой части , на что Сусанна ответила, что с удовольствием проведёт для нас экскурсию . Это было последнее общение с Сусанной). Накануне экскурсии мне в воцап написал совершенно незнакомый человек, указав, что завтра у нас с ним экскурсия в 14 , и что мы должны куда-то подъехать для её начала . Он не спросил : удобно ли нам в 14 или нет, не объяснил, почему он проводит экскурсию , а не Сусанна. Я написала тут же Сусанне , здесь, на Трипстере, но она просто не ответила. Вообще ничего. И больше на связь не выходила. Ни предупреждений, ни уточнений, ни извинений- ничего. В этоге мы уже с этим написавшим человеком обсуждали возможность переноса, он договорился с третьим человеком, который мог в 11, и в итоге показал нам Балат . К Сусанне он не имел никакого отношения, про акцент на православные храмы его никто, разумеется, не предупреждал . Поэтому к нему вообще претензий ноль и спасибо , что смог провести для нас экскурсию ! У меня сплошное недоумение и куча вопросов к Сусанне : 1. Зачем писать в описании, что вы с удовольствием проведаете экскурсию и покажете город, если вы ее и не собираетесь лично проводить, а просто посредник ? 2. Зачем подтверждать в личных сообщениях время и то, что вы проведаете лично экскурсию? 3. Почему вы не предупреждаете о переносе на другое время и о том, что экскурсию проведёт вообще другой человек? 4. Почему вы просто перестаете выходить на связь ? У меня всё. Стамбул прекрасен и отличных экскурсоводов на Трипстере очень много. Трипстеру спасибо !

Описание
В районе Балат нет популярнейших символов города — шикарных дворцов или монументальных храмов. Но здесь есть кое-что более ценное — аутентичная атмосфера домашнего Стамбула! Прогуливась узкими улочками, поднимаясь крутыми лестницами и петляя меж разностилевых домов, вы будто погрузитесь в прошлое. А я поделюсь любимыми уголками и интересными фактами из истории города.
Что вас ожидает
Старобытный Балат
Район Балат — самый старый из ныне существующих. Местные кварталы это ценнейшая кладезь истории города и нестандартной архитектуры. Прогуливаясь по «городу в городе», вы удивитесь многогранности турецкого мегаполиса. Пока мы будем петлять узкими улочками, над которыми сушится на веревках белье жителей, я объясню значение названия района, расскажу о судьбе «еврейских кварталов» и
покажу средневековые жилища из глины c кровлей из шифера.
Во время прогулки вы увидите:
- Мечеть Гюль-Джами — святыню, бывшую прежде церковью Святой Феодосии. Мы осмотрим фасад и поговорим о турецком святом Гюль Баба, к гробнице которого (узнаете, его ли на самом деле) можно пройти по узенькой лесенке неподалеку от старого алтаря.
- Константинопольский Патриархат, кафедральный собор которого перенесли в квартал Фенер при непосредственном участии Бориса Годунова. Вы узнаете о том, как комплекс переживал сложные времена, подвергался стихийным бедствиям, испытаниям огнем и землетрясениями, но непременно возрождался вновь и вновь.
- Церковь Святого Георгия — самую древнюю постройку комплекса патриархата, некогда бывшую частью женской монастырской обители.
- Греческий православный лицей — истинный памятник турецкому зодчеству, который горожане прозвали «красной школой». Вы услышите о падении Константинополя, возрождении греческой общины падишахом и узнаете, откуда пришлось везти глиняные кирпичи и гранитную крошку.
- Синагогу Ахрида — самую старую из стамбульских синагог, притом вмещающую свыше 5 сотен прихожан. Я объясню, почему кафедра выполнена в форме носа галеры, расскажу о свитках Торы и проповедях легендарного раввина Шаббатаи Зеви. Нужно отметить, что туристам попасть в синагогу Ахрида просто так не получится: необходимо изначально договориться с Большим Раввинатом Турции.
- «Склон с лестницей» — именно так переводится название улицы Мердинвенли йокуш на русский. Отсюда к морскому побережью ведут два широких лестничных пролета, и именно здесь можно сделать самые модные фотографии.
- Церковь Святого Стефана, которую нередко именуют «железной». Увидев — вы поймете, почему.
- Мечеть Феррух Кетхюда — возможно, одну из работ знаменитого зодчего Мимара Синана. Я переведу для вас надпись над входными воротами и открою историю памятника.

Добрый день! Экскурсия с Бахтияром нам очень понравилась. Бахтияр показал нам совершенно другой Стамбул, который мы не видели! Бахтияр очень много рассказал интересных фактов о неизвестных для основной массы туристов районах Стамбула . Был очень доброжелательный, энергичный, дружелюбный! Наша прогулка экскурсия доставила нам много удовольствия! Спасибо!

Великолепная экскурсия с прекрасной Зульфиёй. Время прошло очень быстро и незаметно. Район Балат считаю обязательным местом для посещения. Необычные достопримечательности и просто удовольствие для глаз. Виды с холма Пьера Лотти словами не описать. Зульфия нас не грузила датами, а рассказывала интересные факты, за что ей огромное спасибо. У нас получилась не экскурсия, а душевная и познавательная прогулка.

Гид у нас была не Сусанна, а Миная:). Прекрасная девушка и рассказчик. Все было довольно интересно, мы забросали ее вопросами про турецкую жизнь! Короче, было классно! Рекомендую! Миная нам посоветовала много интересных мест посетить, помимо информации, заложенной в экскурсии. И пару мест с отличной турецкой едой!
