Добро пожаловать в один из самых интересных и многослойных городов Армении! На дружеском завтраке в формате мастер-класса вы проникнете в секреты армянской кухни и ощутите местный колорит. А затем затеряетесь на улочках старого Гюмри, рассматривая туфовые дома, исследуя культурные слои города и погружаясь в мир его легенд.

Завтрак по-армянски: кулинарный мастер-класс
Как знаток армянской кухни я познакомлю вас не только с историей Гюмри, но и с его традиционными блюдами. Я не буду рассказывать про «особенные травы, которые растут только в деревне моей бабушки» или «армянский ингредиент, без которого блюдо не получится». Вместо этого мы вместе приготовим тжвжик, форель в лаваше, аришту, толму или другие армянские кушанья на ваш выбор. Во время готовки я поделюсь местными байками, расскажу об особенностях кухни Армении, а после нас ждет вкусный и веселый завтрак с бокалом отменного армянского вина.

Рассмотреть «три лица» Гюмри
Подкрепившись, мы отправимся на обзорную прогулку, которая откроет перед вами все три культурных слоя города — имперский Александрополь, советский Ленинакан и современный Гюмри. Мы пройдем улочками старых кварталов мимо домов из черного и красного туфа, поговорим о быте уездного Александрополя 19 века. Заглянем на площадь Вартананц и рассмотрим удивительную церковь «Семи Ран» с тремя алтарями — армянским, православным и католическим. А в конце прогулки можем остановиться на чашечку кофе в необычной пекарне Арегак, куда иногда наведывается президент Армении.

Чудесный день, с чудесным Ованесом. Сначала мастер-класс, делали Худжанд, получилось очень вкусно. Ованес прекрасный и внимательный собеседник. Потом экскурсия по Гюмри. Впечатления сильные. Переплетены три города, трагедия землетрясения, приветливые люди. Понравилось всё. Хотим вернуться

Однозначно рекомендуем. Это лучшая экскурсия из семи, которые у нас были в Армении. Идея экскурсии отличная: сочетание мастер-класса и прогулки по городу. Мы с семьей жили в Ереване, до Гюмри почти 2 часа, но тем не менее заказали эту экскурсию и не пожалели ни на секунду! Очень весело, интересно, информативно, легко и, конечно, потрясающе вкусно! Ованес, доброжелательный человек и прекрасный рассказчик, сумел так показать небольшой город Гюмри, что хочется туда вернуться и провести там не один, а несколько дней. И кстати, дочитать анекдоты со стены на центральной площади)

Армения нас встретила тёплой солнечной погодой, золотой осенью и интересными людьми! Время, проведённое с Ованесом, это даже не экскурсия, а встреча со старым другом. Когда за бокалом вина приготовили национальное блюдо, узнали как и чем живёт Армения, затем прогулялись по городу. Ованес провёл по интересным местам, подготовил несколько сюрпризов. Вся беседа была с юмором, с теплом и уважением к прошлому города и с надежной на скорое его развитие. Время пролетело быстро. Понравилось всем и детворе и взрослым) Ованес, спасибо за интересное окончание путешествия!
