Описание

Мы объедем живописные бухты Владивостока и насладимся вкусами самых разных морепродуктов: гребешков, мидий, устриц и даже «пятиминутки» из морского огурца — деликатеса, который подают в лучших ресторанах России. Вы побываете на ферме по выращиванию трепанга и узнаете о её работе. А еще полюбуетесь морскими пейзажами и сделаете необычные снимки.

Что вас ожидает

Морские целители
В Приморском крае более 80 ферм, где выращивают морские деликатесы. Дальневосточные устрицы и гребешки содержат наибольшее количество питательных веществ, а наш морской огурец трепанг и вовсе называют морским целителем. Мы начнем знакомство с бухты «Золотой Рог», или «Хайшенвей», что переводится как «морской женьшень» (так гости с востока называют трепанг). Далее заедем в бухту Новик, где вы сможете за дополнительную плату продегустировать сезонные морепродукты, будь то корюшка, навага, мидии или гребешки и сфотографироваться на фоне красивых яхт и якорей, украшающих берег. А в бухте Рында вы посетите известное кафе «Штурвал», которое стало любимым местом гостей кинофестиваля «Меридианы Тихого».

Ферма морских огурцов
Остров Русский окружают многочисленные бухты с прекрасными панорамами и захватывающими природными объектами. Дорога на ферму морских огурцов в один конец занимает порядка 1, 5 часов, но за это время мы проедем половину острова, сделаем остановки в живописных местах и, если захотите, даже посетим историко-культурные объекты.
Конечная цель путешествия — морская ферма в бухте «Воевода». При желании закажем экскурсию: технолог проведет нас в цеха, расскажет и покажет, как выращивают трепанга, мидий и устриц. Выращенные в природных условиях бухты Воевода морские деликатесы вы сможете заказать в кафе, работающем на ферме или в другой локации по маршруту

  • Заказ морепродуктов в бухте Новик, в кафе «Штурвал», а также в кафе на ферме в бухте «Воевода» оплачивается отдельно
  • Экскурсию для вас проведу я или другой гид из нашей команды
  • По желанию на ферме трепанга можно заказать экскурсию по лаборатории и передержке. Продолжительность — 60 минут, стоимость — 500 руб./чел. в составе группы. Индивидуальная экскурсия — 4000 руб.

Елена — шикарный экскурсовод, много интересной информации, фактов, истории, Елена была заботлива и ненавязчива. Мы посетили много бухт, красивейших мест. узнали много про морефермы, вкусно поели и многое услышали. спасибо, будем рекомендовать.

Наша поездка на ферму морских деликатесов получилась незабываемой! Елена — настоящий профессионал своего дела: рассказала множество интересных фактов о бухтах, истории и жизни Владивостока и в целом на Дальнем Востоке 🌊🐚. Было очень интересно слушать, как появляются на свет морские деликатесы и как их растят. Особенно понравилась атмосфера на экскурсии: Елена общалась тепло, с юмором, отвечала на все наши вопросы. Благодаря ей мы не только узнали много нового, но и отлично провели время!

Давно планировала поездку во Владивосток и вот, она состоялась! Ездила с двумя внуками 12 и 13 лет. Экскурсию "Морские деликатесы острова Русский" выбрала сразу и остались все в полном восторге! Наш гид Елена просто супер профессионал своего дела, смогла так увлечь мальчиков, что те не хотели заканчивать экскурсию. По пути на ферму, где выращивают морепродукты, мы заехали в прекрасно сохранившийся форт Поспелова. Для ребят, это был рай! Внимательно слушая рассказ Елены, они успевали и попутно заглянуть во все объекты форта. Рядом с фортом есть магические лабиринты из камней, по которым мы намотали круги и загадали желания. Потом наш путь привел нас на море-ферму, где мы прослушали интереснейшую лекцию о мидиях, гребешках, устрицах и трепангах. По завершению лекции мы отправились смотреть на эти морские чудеса. В руках подержали всех, но самое огромное воспоминание о себе оставил трепанг- морской огурец. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность нашему гиду Елене, за отзывчивость, терпение и глубокую любовь к своему делу. Так увлечь внуков давно не удавалось. Обязательно вернемся еще!
