Исторические площади и самая дорогая улица Мюнхена
Мы встретимся на Карлсплатц в начале первой пешеходной улицы города. Я расскажу о разных эпохах, когда она играла роль важного транспортного узла баварской столицы. С помощью наглядных материалов вы узнаете о серии интересных градостроительных изменений, и, возможно, удивитесь старинным маршрутам трамвая. В следующих кварталах и на площади Макса Йозефа вы откроете, насколько богата история Мюнхена яркими событиями. А на самой дорогой улице Максимилианштрассе оцените оригинальность фасадов, стиль витрин престижных бутиков и кафе и услышите увлекательные рассказы о жизни местных королей моды.

Престижный Богенхаузен и его знаменитые жители
Проехав через реку Изар, вы окажетесь в районе Максимилианиума, где поговорим о ландтаге и гимназии, имеющих особенный статус в Баварии. А в Богенхаузене вас будут ждать истории о ныне респектабельном районе с консульствами, где раньше обитали небогатые ремесленники — в секретных двориках вы прикоснетесь к этим малоизвестным фактам. Кроме того, вы откроете красивые архитектурные образцы эпохи модерна и узнаете об известных личностях, связанных с кварталом: писателе Томасе Мане, изобретателе Рудольфе Дизеле, издателе Карле Гансере, актрисе Марии Шнелль и других знаменитостях. И, конечно, в маршруте будет знаменитый Герцогский парк — одно из самых изысканных мест Мюнхена, ставшее домом для политической и общественной элиты страны.

🏰 Покинув Богенхаузен, вы отправитесь обратно, в центр, и доедете до Изарских ворот, где речь пойдет о крепостной стене Мюнхена и ее остатках. Также я будут рад поделиться советами о деталях пользования местным общественным транспортом и ответить на ваши вопросы о пребывании в столице Баварии.

  • Билеты на трамвай оплачиваются отдельно.
  • Стоимость зависит от количества участников экскурсии и типа билетов. Цены на все виды общественного транспорта в пределах внутренней зоны: одноразовый билет на время экскурсии — 2.90 евро/человека. На целый день — 6.70/человека. На группу от 2 до 5 человек — 12.60/целый день.

Экскурсия для тех кто уже знает центр этого города. Это немного другой Мюнхен. Обычнее и реальнее для живущих тут людей. Парки и виллы. Трамваи и улочки для своих. Владимир может ответить на вопросы и показать вам Баварию. Оттенки и классику.
