Эта прогулка окутана ароматом чая с вареньем и атмосферой былых времен, когда чаепитие в Москве было не просто трапезой, а ритуалом. На прогулке мы проникнем в «чайные» уголки города, разберемся, как в столице 19 века «чаи гоняли», и раскроем секреты чайного дела. А во время посиделок с самоваром вы научитесь пить чай по-дворянски и оцените авторские купажи напитка.

Что вас ожидает

Чаепитие в монастырской трапезной
Сначала чайные тропы приведут нас в монастырь 14 века. Здесь я расскажу о чудесной встрече, с которой началась история обители. А в монастырской трапезной мы попробуем забытый, исконно русский чай, который пили наши предки не одно столетие назад.

Чайные короли столицы
Затем переместимся на старинные улицы и бульвары Москвы, чтобы пройти по следам известных чаеторговцев и меценатов, писателей и художников 19 века. Вы узнаете о чайных королях города, полюбуетесь их роскошными особняками и даже зайдете к одному из них на чай. Здесь мы выясним, как «пользительная травка» появилась в Москве, откроем секреты чайного бизнеса, а еще научимся отличать поддельный чай от настоящего.

Беседы за самоваром
В каменных палатах 17 века вы отведаете самый северный чай в мире с традиционными московскими угощениями. Мы будем «гонять чаи» внакладку да с угрызеньицем. За самоваром я расскажу, какими были первые столичные чайные, кто и кому давал на чай и научу вас пить чай по-купечески и по-дворянски.

Чайные эксперименты
В завершение в аутентичном чайном клубе вас удивят необычными чайно-десертными экспериментами, а я объясню, как правильно ходить по чайному пути. Кроме того, мы посетим один из гастрономических аттракционов города, где вам предложат оригинальный сырный чай с шоколадом и красочный цветной чай. Заглянем в секретный бар, чтобы пропустить по стаканчику чайного коктейля. Например: с кокосовым молоком и черным перцем или облепихой и свежим апельсином, и даже с водкой. И побываем во французском чайном доме, где продегустируем уникальные авторские купажи от кутюр.

Великолепная прогулка с Натальей. Очень доступная и увлекательная подача материала, связанная с чайной традицией. Пронеслись через эпохи, узнали множество интересных фактов и имен. Темп очень комфортный , с Натальей заходили в места , скрытые в необычных локациях. Ушли с множеством рекомендаций и мест, в которые еще точно вернемся

В погоне за наживой организаторы готовы на все, качество услуги для них не важно Материал совершенно не интересный, никаких исторических, гастрономических подробностей не дает Рассказчик просто пересказывает чужой текст, без знания дела, без погружения в культуру этого древнего напитка Мы просто зашли в пару магазинов, один из которых в ТЦ В кафе нигде не было забронировано мест, при этом организаторы заверили меня, что эту экскурсию можно и они готовы провести для компании в 11 человек Маршрут и точки, которые мы посещали, совершенно не рассчитаны на такую группу. И организаторы просто должны были так и сказать, но видимо не захотелось терять денежки Никому не порекомендую именно эту экскурсию: - москвичам вообще делать на ней нечего (никаких знаний или чего-то нового вы не получите) - любителям чая тем более - желающие просто прогуляться в компании интересного рассказчика будут разочарованы Две звезды ставлю только за один отличный магазин китайского чая
