Хочется выразить самые теплые слова благодарности экскурсоводу Татьяне, которая провела нам 2 экскурсии 26-27 октября 2025 г. Она провела нас по прекрасным улочкам Амстердама, познакомила с историей города, с его неповторимой архитектурой, провела очень содержательную экскурсию по музею Ван Гога.👍❤️ Андрей и Ольга.

Огромная благодарность Татьяне за организацию экскурсии в Амстердаме и Рейксмузеуме! Мы были с достаточно большой группой старшеклассников на выезде в Нидерландах и в последний момент у нас заболел гид от местного агентства. Татьяна героически приняла наш непростой заказ буквально за пару суток, чем нас просто спасла) Сама экскурсия прошла крайне легко, очень непринужденно и притом очень насыщенно: ребятам показали ВСЁ основное в столице Нидерландов за несколько часов, провели самыми немноголюдными тропами по улочкам города, познакомили с самыми интересными фото-точками и дали попробовать легендарную селедку! Внутри Рейксмузеума Татьяна проводила обзорную экскурсию по основным залам, и поскольку она сертифицированный гид, мы везде прошли оперативно, без очереди и получили отличный overview по фламандской живописи. В общем, я сам как туристический организатор оказался в восторге и приятном удивлении, как легко гид заменеджерил непростую и достаточно требовательную группу подростков, вовлек их в дискуссию, и остался идеально в тайминге – потрясающее мастерство! Также Татьяна отличный специалист индустрии, заранее расскажет вам о специфике местных ресторанов и кафе (например, то что в центре города просто нет заведений на 15+ человек, посоветует правильные адреса и четко расскажет о подводных камнях работы местных заведений), что в случае с группой школьников было экстремально важно. Отдельно стоит отметить отличный навык в коммуникации с детьми: Татьяне удалось не просто сделать информативную экскурсию, но вовлечь шумных и реактивных малышей в обсуждение искусства, оставив у них очень крутые отзывы и впечатления – многие потом делились, что именно знакомство с этим городом оставило самые милые воспоминания из всего тура : ) Отдельной благодарности стоит искренняя и бескорыстная помощь Татьяны на все наши дополнительные запросы, которые совсем не входили в ее обязанности, но тем не менее она со всем помогла: выручила "административным" билетиком в Музей Ван Гога для студентов из группы, которые не успели туда купить билет (официально они закончились, но Татьяна смогла раздобыть проходки на утреннюю экспозицию), посоветовала реально крутые местные магазинчики и помогла найти ребятам секонды, которые они не могли найти по картам. Кстати, обратите внимание на другие экскурсии команды Татьяны на Трипстере: там много что еще интересного есть в других районах Нидерландов! В следующий раз мы только с Татьяной : )
