Описание

Путешествие по святым местам на Кипре очищает душу и вдохновляет на новые свершения. Я приведу вас к древним церквям и монастырям, расскажу об истории христианства, о стране и событиях, которых не найти в путеводителях. А ещё мы побываем в тихих горных деревнях, насладимся ландшафтами Троодоса и заглянем на бокал вина на винодельню.

Что вас ожидает

Вершина горы Олимпус
Наша первая остановка будет на самой высокой точке Кипра — вершине Олимпуса. Вы прогуляетесь по горной тропе до смотровой площадки, откуда перед вами откроются захватывающие виды на северное побережье острова, долину Месаория и залив Морфу. После этих воодушевляющих картин мы снова отправимся в путь к главным монастырям страны.

Мужской монастырь Киккос
По дороге в святыню вы увидите один из самых живописных уголков Кипра с горными склонами и перевалами! Путешествуя по ним, мы окажемся в умиротворенном и благословенном месте — монастыре Киккос. Здесь находится одна из трех икон Евангелиста Луки — икона Киккской Божией Матери Елиуса, молитвы у которой помогают рождению здоровых детей. А в баптистерие вы сможете прикоснуться к величайшим святыням для всех христиан: здесь находятся ракии (кивоты) с мощами, которые на протяжении столетий хранила и оберегала братия Киккоса.

Вершина горы Трони
От подножия горы мы доберёмся до её вершины, чтобы погулять по новому парку монастыря Киккос. Здесь же вы осмотрите усыпальницу первого президента и архиепископа республики Кипр. Помимо старинных построек здесь есть и современные: на самой высокой точке горы в 2019 году построили великолепный храм-ротонду в честь Киккской Божией Матери Елиуса, который вы также увидите.

Женский монастырь Трикуккиотисса
Любуясь по пути горными пейзажами и природой Кипра, мы постепенно окажемся в одном из старейших монастырей Кипра, Трикуккья. Здесь вас приветливо встретят монахини и угостят кофе, домашней выпечкой, вареньем и лимонадом, что придётся как нельзя кстати в середине нашего пути. Дальше вы осмотрите владения монастыря: здесь сохранилась небольшая церковь, где проходят ежедневные службы. И прикоснётесь к его святыне — иконе Божией Матери Трикуккиотиссы.

Мужской монастырь Тродитисса
В 15 минутах езды по горным дорогам Троодоса нас ждёт монастырь, о котором знают во всём мире. В церкви вы найдёте чудотворную икону, которую спасли во время иконоборческой ереси. Молитвы около неё, а также особый обряд священника, могут помочь девушкам забеременеть. Бережно хранится в монастыре и Пояс Богородицы, который одевают на талию женщин во время таинства. Поблизости есть источник с чистейшей водой, которую можно набрать в бутылочки и взять с собой. Её целебные свойства помогут восстановить силы утомленным дорогой путникам.

Монастырь и церковь Святого Креста (деревня Омодос)
Следующее место, куда мы отправимся, славится своим возрастом в несколько тысяч лет и лучшими сортами винограда на острове и в мире. Здесь же, в деревне Омодос, стоит монастырь и церковь Святого Креста, — о монастыре известно, что его возвели уже во 2 веке! А в церкви бережно хранятся верева-узы Христовы, частица Животворящего креста и мощи великих христианских святых. Кроме того, на территории есть тематические музеи, куда может попасть любой желающий.

Старинная винодельня
Дегустация вина, оливкового масла и местных деликатесов — после насыщенного путешествия вас ждёт отдых на винодельне в тёплой компании. Вы откроете для себя новые вкусы, поделитесь в приятной обстановке впечатлениями и, может, даже выберете себе что-нибудь в лавке от локальных мастеров: поделками в национальном стиле, украшениями, вышивками, изделиями из керамики и глины.

  • Входной билет в музей монастыря Киккос — 5 евро/взр., 3 евро/детский
  • Экскурсию можно провести и для большего количества путешественников (до 7). Доплата за дополнительных пассажиров от 5 до 7 человек — 50 евро.

Совершенный маршрут для знакомства с Кипром, его красотами и христианством. Отдельная благодарность гиду Владиславу и его глубоким познаниям истории и занимательным рассказам, а также искренним желанием сделать экскурсию живой и познавательной.

Потрясающая экскурсия с потрясающим гидом! Ездили с мамами и дочкой-подростком. Выбрали экскурсию в первую очередь из-за мам, но и нам с дочкой очень понравилось. Динамично, но все успевали рассмотреть, нафотографировать! Владислав был очень внимательным и терпеливым, а мы вчетвером мастера нервы помотать) Материал подготовлен отлично, наконец удалось погрузиться в жизнь и историческое развитие острова. Прекрасная авторская экскурсия, с удовольствием рекомендую всем!
