Описание
Стамбул известен разнообразной и очень вкусной едой. Я покажу аутентичные бюджетные места и помогу разобраться в местной кухне и напитках. Вы узнаете, что такое «салеп», «кокореч» и «келе пача». Заглянете на рыбный рынок, отыщете лучшее мороженое в городе и насладитесь турецким кофе. А еще поплаваете на пароме и подниметесь на шикарные смотровые площадки!
Что вас ожидает
Гастрономическое приключение
Мы начнем с традиционного турецкого завтрака или просто с чашечки вкуснейшего местного кофе. Далее отправимся на поиски более «серьезной» еды. Любителям мяса я помогу найти лучшую шаверму в городе. А если вы предпочитаете рыбу, мы пойдем на рыбный рынок, где вам тут же ее приготовят. Как вариант — можем заглянуть в ресторан и попробовать рыбу в пергаменте, которую готовят на мангале. Или отведать жареную скумбрию в тонком лаваше у легендарного Емина.
Очаровательный и вкусный Кадыкёй
Вы посетите один из самых колоритных районов азиатской части Стамбула — Кадыкёй, знаменитый оживленными рынками, извилистыми улицами и яркими домами. Здесь вы сможете попробовать вкуснейшие мясные блюда, шоколадные десерты и лучшее мороженое в городе. А любителей вина ждет дегустация местных напитков!
Лучшие панорамы Стамбула
Стамбул знаменит не только потрясающей едой, но и прекрасными видами. Вы убедитесь в этом, поднявшись на холм Пьер Лоти, названный в честь одного моряка и писателя. А полюбоваться панорамой города с воды вам поможет небольшое путешествие на пароме из европейской части города в азиатскую. Я, в свою очередь, не дам вам заскучать и расскажу о Стамбуле времен Османской империи и о жизни современного государства. А также поделюсь ценными рекомендациями местного жителя.

Просто прогулка по Стамбулу, с элементами истории, гастрономии и истории про кухню как таковой не получилось, гид приятная ответственная женщина, время провели хорошо, но тема не раскрыта.

Понравилось абсолютно все. Очень интересные локации, о которых мало кто знает. Заказываем экскурсию с Дмитрием третий год подряд и каждый раз он открывает Стамбул с новой стороны. Отличные места, где можно попробовать традиционной турецкой и не только кухни. Кроме того Дмитрий отличный собеседник и приятный человек. Максимальные рекомендации.

Наш гид провела нас по качественным местам района Кадыкёй, подстроила маршрут под нас. Владеет базой хороших мест района Кадыкёй и справочной информацией. Мы хорошо провели время, вкусно покушали. Большое спасибо! Однако, мне не хватило экспертного уровня гида по теме гастро, мастерства много об этом говорить и идти вглубь темы, харизмы чтобы держать наше внимание и интерес. Все это приходит с опытом и желанием расти и развиваться в теме.
