Описание
К секретному «золотому поселку» не доехать на авто. Пешком, на водной ракете или хивусе мы доберемся до небольшой деревушки, открывающей самый завораживающий вид на Байкал. Я расскажу о золотоносных песках, стекольном заводе и биологической станции, а после прогулки мы пообедаем в домике местной жительницы.

Какие коты? Большие!
Поселок со смешным названием Большие Коты — чем он интересен? Я расскажу о золотодобывающей промышленности и приисках на Пади Сенной, покажу полуразрушенную драгу в глубине деревни, спрятанную меж деревьев и ручьев. А также лучший вид на Байкал. За ним мы поднимемся на песчаную гору, внутри которой расположена древняя пещера со следами наскальной живописи.
Деревенский стиль
Мы прогуляемся вдоль берега великого озера и насладимся первозданной природой Прибайкалья. Время будто остановилось, здесь даже дышится иначе! После насыщенной экскурсии мы зайдем на обед в один из местных домов. Вы услышите старинные предания о происхождении названия поселка и иркутских золотоискателях.
Организационные детали
- На ракете мы можем добраться с 30 мая по 27 сентября, стоимость билета на ракету в одну сторону из Иркутска — 1200 руб.
- На хивусе по льду мы можем добраться до посёлка с 15 января до середины апреля, пока не встанут торосы. Стоимость аренды хивуса зависит от времени.
- Обед по желанию, стоимость одного обеда 350 руб.

У меня эта прогулка оставила неоднозначное впечатление. Наверное потому что она больше ориентирована на туристов, которые здесь вообще в первый раз. А я уже побывала на ББТ осенью, и хотела показать это место дочери, приехавшей в гости, и так, чтобы с интересными историями. И да, мы прекрасно прогулялись до Скрипера и обратно с гидом Марией, делясь историями из путешествий и наслаждаясь компанией друг друга и видами. С этой стороны, прогулка удалась на 100%. С другой стороны, по ББТ можно было прогуляться и самостоятельно, а часть поездки, посвященная золотодобыче и истории места (из-за которой в общем-то я и решила поехать с гидом) - ну как-то сильно не дотянула до моих ожиданий. Возможно, что организаторам стоит как-то пересмотреть описание, чтобы потенциальные участники не фантазировали лишнего ))

Экскурсию в Большие Коты провела с нами Алена. Было очень здорово. Подъем на Скрипер показался не очень тяжёлым благодаря тому, что Алёна внимательно следила за процессом. Но наши труды стоили той красоты, которую мы там увидели. Пейзаж просто потрясающий! А после нам удалось немного покупаться в Байкале, хоть вода была, мягко говоря, бодрящая. Потом был обед у местных жителей и прогулка по лесу к старинной драге. Спасибо Алёне за прекрасную экскурсию!

Если хотите увидеть красивые места на Байкале, то стоит поехать в Большие коты. Алена - отличный гид, интересно рассказывает и знает, чем удивить. Спасибо за эмоции!
