В Сербии существуют многовековые традиции виноградарства, но местные вина малоизвестны, так как объемы производства скромные, и все достается дорогим гостям. На винодельнях, в душевной компании хозяев вы продегустируете белые, розовые, красные вина, а также знаменитый бермет, который подавали на Титанике. На здоровье! Или, как говорят сербы, живели!

История местного виноградарства
Вы узнаете о давней истории виноделия на сербской земле, уходящий к началу нашей эры и первым древнеримским виноградникам. Поговорим о том, как, несмотря на огромные препятствия, сохранилась традиция возделывания виноградной лозы. О главных винодельческих регионах Сербии и месте виноградарства в жизни их обитателей.

Особенности сербских вин
Сербия расположена на той же широте, что и всемирно известные французские и итальянские винодельческие регионы. Но у здешнего климата и почвы есть свои особенности, благодаря которым знаменитый ризлинг, совиньон, шардоне, каберне и мерло приобретают неповторимые нотки. Также вы откроете такие аутентичные сорта, как смедеревка — разновидность местного ризлинга; кадарка и прокупац — насыщенные красные вина. Не обойдем вниманием и тамьянику — ароматное приятное вино на границе сухого-полусухого.

Прославленный бермет
Сербы предпочитают сухие или полусухие вина. Но есть одно десертное вино, которое подавалось даже на королевских дворах и было удостоено чести быть выбранным для изысканной трапезы на Титанике. На винодельнях вы продегустируете знаменитый сремско-карловацкий бермет — сладкий, но не приторный и очень ароматный, он не оставляет равнодушными даже тех, кто признает исключительно сухие вина.

Винные хозяйства в Сремских Карловцах
Вы побываете в одном из винодельческих регионов Сербии, у подножия Фрушкой Горы, где половина жителей имеет свои винные подвалы. В двух уютных частных хозяйствах вы попробуете белое, розовое и красное, а также знаменитое десертное вино бермет. И проведете время в теплой компании людей, которые радушно принимают гостей и с удовольствием рассказывают о своем жизненном увлечении.

Мы много путешествуем семьей и находясь в винодельческих регионах стараемся заехать в винодельню. Были в разных регионах Франции, Испании, Германии, даже Швейцарии. Но посещение Podrum PROBUS оставило пожалуй самые яркие впечатления. Нашим гидом был Марко- очень приятный, эрудированный, чувствующий клиента, с отличным чувством юмора молодой человек. Перед винодельней мы проехали по округе, посетили Новий Сад, Петровардинскую крепость,Стремские Карловицы. Марко не просто делился с нами историческими фактами. это была живая история лицах. Сербия как страна стала понятнее и ближе. Но настоящим бриллиантом экскурсии является безусловно Вера, хозяйка винодельни. Пожалуй , это не было дегустацией в привычном понимании слова. Это было похоже на прекрасный тематический вечер в кругу близких людей. Абсолютно непринужденная домашняя атмосфера и достойные вина сделали этот вечер незабываемым. и все это благодаря Вере, сгустку энергии, харизмы и обаяния. Спасибо, Вера, спасибо, Марко, мы полюбили вас всей душой ❤️

экскурсию проводил Марко и нам очень повезло встретить позитивного и ненавязчивого серба с хорошим знанием русского языка, дружеская атмосфера и максимум комфорта, а что еще нужно в новой стране?!!

Мы в Белграде не в первый раз, и в этот приезд хотели узнать Сербию именно со стороны виноделия. Экскурсовод Ольга очень интересно рассказала о виноделии в Сербии и не только. Много было интересных фактов об истории Сербии , ландшафте и природе. Ольга прекрасно знает материал и интересно рассказывает. Поездка была комфортной и приятной. Вино прекрасное и в одной и в другой винодельне. Напробовались и накупились. Рекомендуем.

Очень понравилось. Это вторая наша экскурсия от Ольги (первая была с Велько). Ольга интересно рассказывала историю виноделен, показала две из них. Отвечала на все интересующие нас вопросы. Не зря Ольга является одним из лучших гидов по Сербии и так долго работает на данном рынке.
