Мы пройдем по местам кулинарной славы Лиссабона, попробуем традиционные пирожные, которые обожают местные жители. Обсудим средневековую выпечку и разберемся, почему архангел Михаил стал покровителем португальских кондитеров.

Кулинарные истории в сердце Лиссабона
Наша сладкая прогулка начнется с площади Россиу, где в Средние века располагался крупнейший рынок Лиссабона. На площади Фигейра оценим витрину и интерьеры старейшего лиссабонского кафе, в котором придумали главный рождественский пирог Португалии. Неподалеку отведаем вкуснейшие,по мнению местных, паштейш-де-ната. У самой маленькой церкви города, принадлежавшей ордену лиссабонских кондитеров, я расскажу об обрядах и ритуалах, которые здесь проводились. А после поднимемся на холм к живописным руинам монастыря Карму и обсудим, как в эпоху Великих географических открытий Португалия повлияла на гастрономию Индии, Бразилии, Китая и даже Японии.

Португальские пирожные — разведать и попробовать!
Мы заглянем в маленькое кафе с португальскими сладостями: здесь вы услышите историю о принцессе-монахине, драконьей крови и сицилийских пиратах, а еще попробуете 3 традиционных пирожных. После спустимся к улице, где расположилась легендарная лиссабонская кондитерская. Десятки видов конфет, пирожных, засахаренных фруктов — о чем еще может мечтать сладкоежка? Я объясню, как кондитеры сочетают старинные рецепты с новыми технологиями, какие сладости выходят из моды, а какие — всегда актуальны.

🍰 Местные сладости действительно очень сладкие — недаром в Средневековье Португалия держала монополию на производство сахара в Европе. Но не переживайте о калориях: мы потратим их тут же, на извилистых и крутых холмах улочек Лиссабона.

Остался крайне неприятный осадок от встречи с Ириной. Впервые столкнулись с гидом, который мрачно и , практически, молча, сопровождает вас по улицам , не доброжелательно отвечает на вопросы , а потом обсуждает вас на своей открытой странице в соц.сети, поливая грязью. Единственная неприятная эмоция в сказочной Португалии!

Ирина не только познакомила нас с фирменными сладостями Лиссабона, но и заинтересовала историей города и посоветовала, в какие примечательные места сто́ит сходить. Очень рекомендую экскурсию всем, кто хочет приятно и вкусно познакомиться с прекрасной столицей Португалии :)
