Вы уже увидели все мечети и дворцы, перепробовали всевозможные кебабы и запили это крепким чаем с пахлавой? Однако, подлинная жизнь турков с их местами силы, отдыха и излюбленными ресторанами так и осталась за кадром — хотя именно она любопытнее всего. Со мной вы проведете день как местные жители и почувствуете, какого это — быть рождённым в Стамбуле.

Где отдыхают стамбульцы: районы, парки, любимые виды
Начнем путешествие с «магического» парка, где можно почувствовать то самое единение с Стамбулом: турки приходят сюда, чтобы обрести силу и энергию на новые свершения. Далее вы увидите второй по счету висячий мост через Босфор, а оказавшись на берегу пролива, осмотрите величественную крепость 15 века. Гуляя вдоль Босфора, мы насладимся идиллической картиной старых рыбацких деревушек — сегодня они превратились в фешенебельные районы с недвижимостью от миллиона долларов. А в элитном квартале «Малыш», излюбленном кинематографистами, велика вероятность попасть в кадр или же встретить местную знаменитость за утренней пробежкой по набережной.

Где едят стамбульцы: рестораны, лавки, кафе
Я расскажу вам о вкусовых привычках местных и поделюсь их самыми посещаемыми гастро-точками. Мы побываем в старинной кондитерской и полакомимся легендарным десертом — любимцем турков. Между собой они называют сладость «3-4 минуты твоей жизни». Кроме того, вы зайдете в лавочку, где с 1904 года продают самые свежие марципаны, соблазнитесь запахами знаменитого мясного ресторана Nusr-Et и раскроете долгоиграющее модное заведение Стамбула, которое более 15 лет славится своими коктейлями! Чуть не забыла — конечно, я рассекречу известное кафе для завтраков: любой местный турок считает за честь отметиться здесь, особенно в выходные. Если захотите, мы тоже туда заглянем.

Колоритное завершение встречи: маркет и винотека
Нагулявшись по любимым местам стамбульцев и насладившись деликатесами, мы отправимся в элитную рыбацкую деревушку Арнавуткёй. Она известна деревянными особняками в османском стиле и лучшими рыбными ресторанами в городе. В старинные времена местность славилась плантациями клубники — и сейчас в весеннее время лавки продают сочные ягоды. Закончим встречу в районе Куручешме, в месте, где вы купите необычные подарки себе и близким. Здесь с оливковых плантаций полуострова на юге Турции привозят органические продукты: масло со вкусом тимьяна, пасту из оливок и миндаля, уксус из инжира и море косметических средств. Местные жители в бутике — самые верные клиенты.

В винотеке мы поднимем бокал турецкого «розэ» за прекрасный отдых и незабываемые впечатления, которые оставил лучший город на земле!
