Банные традиции Азербайджана
Хаммамы — такая же часть местной культуры, как и на всем Востоке. Вы узнаете о месте банных заведений в повседневной жизни правителей и простых людей. Об особых ритуалах и философии, уходящих в глубину веков. О том, какое внимание уделялось исследованиям целебных свойств банных процедур для тела и души. Поговорим также о старинных традициях посещениях купален, когда бакинцы ходили в одну и ту же баню всю жизнь, и о культуре современных хаммамов.

История бакинских бань
Среди архитектурных шедевров, парков и заповедников города есть место невероятным банно-купальным постройкам. Вы узнаете о знаменитых банях Ага Микаила, Гаджи Гаиба, Касум Бека и дворца Ширваншахов. Я расскажу о технологии установления комплексов, принципах их планировки и выборе подходящего места. А также вы увидите средневековые банные атрибуты — особую обувь и принадлежности.

Место, где можно отдохнуть душой и телом
В одной из действующих древних бань вы пройдете традиционные процедуры, приобщитесь к банному этикету, в котором есть свои правила, темы для разговора и манера общения. Опытные банщики сделают массаж и даже смогут погадать, если вы пожелаете. А затем вас угостят ароматным азербайджанским чаем с необычными вареньями. В результате вы не только получите массу положительных эмоций, расслабитесь и оздоровите свое тело, но и сможете перенять банный опыт другой страны, а возможно, и заведете новых друзей.

Организационные детали

  • Банные процедуры оплачиваются отдельно — от 30 евро/человека
  • Если в группе путешественники обоих полов или только женщины, то экскурсия проводится в только в женские банные дни, по понедельникам и пятницам. Мужчины могут посетить бани в любой день.
  • Сопровождение гида в банных комплексах не предусмотрено: после экскурсии вы останетесь в хаммаме, где сможете самостоятельно провести время по своему усмотрению

Для меня это лучшая экскурсия. Просто потрясающий хамам. Я отдохнула душой и телом. Когда не хочешь много ходить и в то же время можешь узнать много интересного про историю. А после – невероятные банные процедуры, расслабляющий массаж, чаёк в конце! Понравилось, что в баню экскурсия в женские дни, когда мужчин не пускают. Было комфортно. Очень рекомендую тем, кто любит такой банный отдых. Получите невероятное наслаждение!

Очень люблю баню. И тут прямо все было как мне нужно. Не придраться. Рассказывают много интересного, как в Баку по-особому все устроено в банях. Но больше впечатлений, конечно, от разных банных процедур. Попарились от души, потом массаж. банщики свое дело знают. Советую! Особенно после того, как уже много где побывали и походили, расслабиться – самое то!
