Описание

Приглашаю вас в дом настоящего флорентийца Массимо, моего мужа. В душевной компании до 6 человек будем готовить любимые блюда итальянцев. Обсудим основные тосканские деликатесы, уличную еду с 700-летним стажем, идею cucina povera. И ответим на главный вопрос: как итальянцам удаётся оставаться стройными при таком обилии пасты и пиццы?

Что вас ожидает

Знакомство с гуру итальянской кухни
Мой муж Массимо закончил несколько кулинарных школ, в том числе знаменитую римскую Gambero Rosso, и курсы сомелье. Он не только профессионально готовит, но и идеально сочетает еду и вино. А это для итальянцев абсолютный культ!

Оливковое масло, пресный хлеб, вина, белый трюфель и принцип «0 км»
За приятной беседой, которую для вас буду переводить я, вы узнаете азы и основные принципы тосканской кухни. Мы приготовим с вами типичные итальянские закуски, брускетты и пасту – вы узнаете, с каким соусом она будет вкуснее всего. По желанию можно также вместе сделать флорентийский стейк или тирамису.

Атмосфера искреннего итальянского гостеприимства
Завершим нашу встречу обедом из приготовленных блюд с тосканским вином и приятными разговорами под кофе и дижестив.

Организационные детали

  • Мастер-класс проходит в пригороде Флоренции, куда легко можно добраться на автобусе из центра города
  • При необходимости помогу организовать трансфер. Подробности — в переписке.
  • Дополнительно (по желанию) приготовление флорентийского стейка — плюс 100 евро на группу, тирамису — плюс 50 евро на группу

Это было великолепно!Максимально аутентично, очень не обычно. Оказаться на кухне у итальянца, готовить , говорить о музыке и кино, пить вино. Спасибо Елене и Массимо😍вы супер!
