Описание

На прогулке перед вами предстанет один из главных щитов России — древний Смоленск. Я помогу представить, какой путь он прошел от восточнославянского поселения до крупного города, удивлю тайнами крепостной стены и расскажу об уникальных церквях-общежитиях. А также познакомлю с одним из красивейших храмов страны и проведу по атмосферным нетуристическим улочкам.

Что вас ожидает

Исторические места города
На Соборном холме поговорим об истоках поселения и первых постройках 8 века. Я покажу место, где с 17 века находилась царская резиденция. Познакомлю с типичной городской усадебной застройкой и расскажу о каменных укреплениях холма, построенных при Екатерине II. У восточной части главной достопримечательности Смоленска — крепостной стены — вы услышите историю цитадели и ее башен «Авраамиевские ворота», «Орел», «Позднякова» и «Веселуха». Будут не только факты об особенностях возведения памятника, исторических военных сражениях и подвигах простых горожан, но и легенды таинственного фортификационного сооружения.

Парки, сады и старинные улочки
В современном центре Смоленска вы прогуляетесь по его старейшему парку — Блонье, Скверу памяти героев и Лопатинскому саду, где перенесетесь в 19-20 века и послушаете городские истории тех лет. Я расскажу о местных памятниках, как, например, смоленский олень, которые стали символами города. А еще, по дороге к крепостной стене, проведу по старинным обаятельным улочкам, которые редко посещают туристы.

Святыни Смоленска
Без православной традиции было бы трудно представить историю нашего города. Поэтому несколько обителей, которые вы встретите на пути, станут поводом отдельно поговорить о духовной жизни Смоленска. Я расскажу об основании иезуитами Вознесенского монастыря и покажу здание бывшей семинарии. У восстанавливаемой Спасской церкви поговорим об особом местном феномене — храмах-общежитиях. Также вы познакомитесь с одним из древнейших монастырей города — Авраамиевым. А в завершение — с легендарным Успенским собором, который пощадили и французы, и большевики, и немцы. Именно в нем хранится знаменитая Смоленская икона Божьей Матери.

Большая пешеходная прогулка поможет вам представить, как Смоленск жил в разные эпохи, а еще — убедит в том, что наш город и правда расположен на холмах:-)

Осенним днем вместе с Мариной мы гуляли 3,5 часа по городу. Умелый экскурсовод провела нас по интересному маршруту, последовательно раскрывая потрясающие виды на городские локации. Марина очень хорошо знает историю города, с любовью рассказывает о том, как меняется город. Наше знакомство с достопримечательностями города получилось запоминающимся, последовательным, информативным. Нам очень понравилась наша осенняя прогулка в сопровождении гида-профессионала! Спасибо большое за такое доброе знакомство со Смоленском!

Сначала о приятном. Марина, узнав, что у нас уже была вечерняя прогулка, перестроила маршрут так, что мы смогли увидеть новые места и пройти даже некоторыми нетуристическими тропами, о которых мы бы и не догадались. Также, Марина смогла найти контакт с гостями, прогулка по большей части шла в режиме диалога, что лично мне всегда нравится. Но и без минусов не обошлось... Лично мне было немного неприятно услышать тезисы, на которые любит опираться укропропаганда: "Московия", "Киевская Русь - это государство" и т.д... Оценка снижена на балл именно за это.
